Had a terrible experience with Kyle. He approached the entire conversation with me with aggression, both on the phone when I called to see if my car was ready, and when I picked up my car.
I wrote in to tell the company about my experience, because I value family-owned companies, and got a call from the regional manager. She confirmed that I was not the first person to have this type of experience, and that she had already talked with him about his aggressive demeanor with customers. She did nothing to rectify the situation or experience, a final suggestion was to try a different Tire Discounters. They lost a customer. I will be going elsewhere for tires.

My experience with this store has led to me never working with Tire Discounters ever again. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I walk in for my appointment and get told by the receptionist I need new tires which are less than three years old. Then while I'm waiting a technician comes out to inform me that my air and cabin filters need replaced. I did not authorize the employees to go into my glove compartment. Because of the employees going into my glove box my dentures went missing. I called to see if they dropped them or something and even went over to have the manager look around my car. Nothing was found. I called corporate because apparently the only way to access the cameras and heard nothing. Calling the corporate office again, I got voicemail multiple times and then finally got a call back where they tried to justify their actions and no resolution for me. I won't be back and I don't recommend anyone else goes there as you don't know what they'll lose while the car is in their possession.

Came in here just get tire rotation then when car was finished still had to wait over 30 minutes get checkout as no one was even around. 3rd time been here and all the times been 5 stars this time not

Good prices for tires but sloppy with details. They didn’t put the spare tire back in the vehicle and left it outside the bay. Also they forgot to put the valve caps on the tires so I had to make a trip back.

Service is top notch! I’ve tried others and it’s just not the same. Front desk employees explain each and everything that needs done to my car, so I can understand it. The shop is clean and neat, mechanics are wonderful. I’ll always trust that my car gets the attention it needs. Thank you all!!

The crew at this location did a miraculous and wonderful thing.
There was a distressed customer that came in and had a kitten stuck in her car.
Beth, the manager and her team went right into rescue mode and extracted and saved the kitten.
I will now be a lifelong Tire Discounters customer due to their willingness to rescue a helpless kitten.

I had a great experience at this business. My rear tires were 11 years old and starting to dry rot pretty badly, so I decided it was time for new tires all the way around. My dad had four new tires put on his Astro van last year and had a pleasant experience here, so I knew right where to go. I just so happened to also need an oil change, so I was able to get a free oil change along with the new tires as a special they had going on. Chelsea at the front was very professional and helpful. They made a mistake with my alignment the day my tires were installed, but I called the next day to come back in and get it corrected, and she was able to get me in the same day. My truck now drives better than ever. And more tread than I’ll probably ever wear out in the time I’ll own my truck! BFG KO2’s ?
