They have a really bad customer service, i made an appointment to do my passport when i got there i was told i had to do the line even with my appoitment. The guy at front desk didnt even listen to what i was saying.

I was attempting to get passport renewed and had an appointment. The woman was very rude and snappy at me and seemed discussed when i asked questions ! Terrible experience. I’m 70 years old and I had been very kind and smiling.

This is a very dark post office with rude employees, as I waited patiently in line I watched one employee be rude to a customer then the other employee was just as nicety to me as I was asking questionings. The employees have no patience. New employees who love their job and helping others is what this location needs. The service has been bad for years.

Was racially profiled. The employees here are rude! Specifically James. He has an ignorant bad attitude. He does not treat the customers right at all. He said rude racist remarks under his breath. Will be filing lawsuit soon.

Waited in line for awhile and made it up to the front and did not know you needed a QR code for them to print your label. Went back in my email to get the QR code and the man started handing my stuff back telling me to hurry up because the line as if I did not wait just like everyone else. So rude. Terrible customer service.

I needed to call Reynoldsburg post office,I lost my car key yesterday somewhere,I've tried for 3hrs calling in no body would answer just wanted to see to see if anyone turn in the key you can get my information by looking at my post office box 222

Please service the vending machine so stamps can be purchased when the post office is closed. What a waste of time to visit only to find out it’s out of service.

Just got off the phone with a woman with the most terrible customer service experience ever. If you don’t want the job, don’t apply. Save the attitude and snarky tone , especially if im asking question that your job entails that you should know.

good service both times i was there but you got to know how to pack the boxes before you get in line. they really don't tell you what to do, but it was easy once you know what to do. ups packs everything for you but usps you have to pack and prepare it yourself, which you have to know how to do that.
