Terrible, Terrible customer service!!! One of the guys in the shop can barely speak English and has a smart mouth and nasty attitude. The other guy is just rude. He doesn’t even acknowledge customers.Service: Tires

This place is Horrible they don't care they are so sloppy, this is the 2nd time I have had a oil change done they just throw the oil in and it gets all over the place then all you smell is burnt oil! I have tried to call several times no answer this place is for rejects who can't work at a real shop!

This Walmart never answer the phone. I don't care what department you call. This is bad customer communication because you never get any communication. I have shopped her for close to 20 years it has definitely went down.

I went in to get a tire patched. Was charged $30. Took them about an hour and they also charged and claimed they rotated my tires and charged me for that. Which was NOT discussed. I had to get an oil change two days later, they did NOT rotate my tires. I won't be back.

There’s no “care” in this auto care center.I have been trying to buy tires for a few days, and the phone is never answered. So I go in, let them know my needs, and I am told that I have to use the app/website to order tires. What if I didn’t have access? This was an opportunity to secure a sale and exceed expectations.So, I went on the app, the app told me which tires would fit my vehicle and I ordered them. Two days later, I arrive to my appointment, and let them know I’ll be walking around while they fix it. I was told “we will send you a text when we are done”.An hour goes by, I didn’t get a text, so I walk past to see if my truck was still being worked on, I didn’t see it but I kept walking. They then yell for me to get my attention, not come up to me, from the counter, and wave me there. So, I go to the counter and immediately this all that was said “we cancelled your order, you bought the wrong tires”.Then, i just said okThen the guy responded that “I called for you over the intercom a few times” i told him that i was on a business call and was told I would be sent a text. No response.This was another opportunity to close a sale, because, clearly, i have a need. Nope. Just a refund and a have a nice day. They told me the correct tire size and told me they had none on hand.I would never suggest this location for auto “care”Service: Tires

If you want a business that has no clue about cars and can't even tell you what mm measurement your tires are then walmart auto center is your place. Just find a real auto center. Save your time and money.Service: Tire rotations

Horrible. They don't open at 7:00 or 8, they open at 9:00. They don't answer the phone. There was a complication that I believe the mechanic created. I will never take my car back to walmart

Went in for an oil change. The tech was very arrogant, bragging about the hundreds he had done. When I picked my car up, it had a huge scratch down the side and my horn assembly was completely broken! They also did not replace the sticker that reminds you when it will be time to get another change.

The guys at the Canal Winchester Walmart auto center were very nice and helpful. Much better service than the Reynoldsburg Walmart Auto Center. I was having 2 tires put on my car, on the front, and I think they did a good job. It didn’t take very long either, only about 30 minutes or so. We just walked around Walmart until they were done. Originally I was planning on having my tires put on at the Reynoldsburg location but when I tried to schedule my appointment, the guy tried to tell me that they were all booked up until next year. This was around Thanksgiving weekend and I bought the tires during Black Friday sale.

AVOID THIS SERVICE CENTER. WE TOOK OUR SUBARU THERE ON 12/4 FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARD, THE CAR STARTED HAVING ENGINE PROBLEMS. DROVE AND LEFT IT AT THE DEALERSHIP AND FOUND THAT THEY COMPLETELY DRAINED THE TRANSMISSION FLUID CAUSING US TO NOW HAVE TO GET A NEW TRANSMISSION AT A COST OF $8,000!! THEY DON'T SEEM TOO CONCERNED AND HAD US FILE A CLAIM FOR THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY. DO NOT GO HERE AND HAVE THIS HAPPEN TO YOUService: Oil change

I tried to reach repeatedly and they don't answer the phone. Even the main store number called them and paged them, no answer. I had ordered a tire for install and couldn't even make an appointment after my first appointment was canceled due to tire not being in by my time. I don't know what has happened to this place.

My tire psi was reading low; so I go to Walmart Auto Center in Reynoldsburg, OH to get the tire checked out. Twenty minutes later they call me and said my car was ready. Sita, the front desk person says their is nothing wrong with my tires and that I would not be charged for it. She handed me the copy of the receipt. I said thank you and I left the store. I get home and look @ the copy of the paper that she gave me and at the bottom of the paper it said that I needed to replace my back rear tire, because it had a broken belt!!! I don't understand why they could not have told me that while I was in the store. So, I went back to the same Walmart Auto Center and I asked to speak with the person who worked on my car. So, someone got him for me. I asked the man who worked on my car; why didn't he come to me and tell me that I needed a new tire? His response was," Why didn't I read the paper copy that I was handed to me?" So, let me get this straight; you work on my car and you are not responsible for telling me what's wrong with it?!?! At that point I was fired up!!!! So, I asked for the manager and Guai said," that he was in a meeting." So, I said, I can wait! After that, I called Walmart Auto Center and asked to speak with the manager. Justin, the manager answered the phone. I tell him everything that happed and he says. so are you calling to get a new tire?" So, then I said I am 3mins. from the store and I can come and explain my experience at the store that you manage! I went to the store and found Justin the manager and handed him the paper that I received and he said," so you didn't bother reading the bottom of the paper that clearly states the you need a new tire.?" I said, "why didn't anyone tell me that I needed a new tire while my car was being checked for a tire leak?" His response was ,"I don't know and I should have read the copy of the receipt before I left the store." Does any company take responsibility for their wrong doings? This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I will never take my vehicle to any Walmart Auto Center again!!!Service: Tires

they tell you you need to sched an appt for tire work. called multiple times and finally one of the employees picks up the call but does not answer, as if the ringing of the phone is merely an annoyance and not a source of their business.Service: Auto maintenance

I have been there twice in the past week during their open hours and they were closed. I mean I’m glad gas is free while I drive across town for nothing.
