These people dont know how to use gps or something. Second time recently something has been delivered to the wrong address. Customer service is horrible. The customer service robot wont let u thru and keeps not understanding what i want.

I tried picking up my package after talking to customer service at the Richfield holding center.
The outsourced customer service Rep failed or wasnt informed to explain the hold center is only open for 2 2hr intervals. (8:00am-10:00am & 4:00pm-6:00pm) Mon-Friday.
I drove 35 min. to be denied.
I blame customer service for not being informed enough to offer basic, helpful information.

I’m trying to find out if you are open and if your location ships but your phone goes to vm so maybe One it would be nice if you answered your phone and 2, if you would update your store hours because online it says open to 6 on Google but your photos say otherwise with big gaps in between. Does headquarters know about that?

Consistently bad.
I deal with FedEx issues and claims at work (bad)
Then get my packages held and delayed at home. Thanks for delaying my baby's formula and diapers.

Said they were here 3 times, however they only left one door tag. Then after one phone call, they said they would see if they could make another attempt to deliver since the nearest holding center to pick up was over 30 min from my house. Was told they would call back in 24 hours. They didn't. Finally got an email directing me where to pick up but they missed a number in the address sending me to 320 Columbia Rd, instead of 3201 Columbia Rd, another 7 miles out of my way.

It would be awesome if y’all could read the address to make sure it was right before dropping off a package that was paid for by my student loans at the wrong house. And then when I call and try to get a representative I get hung up on by the toaster of an automated help line. Absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible place so far! Fedex Richland holds your packages hostage or some how the package is lost! I ordered a swing called Walmart apparently my package mysteriously was lost and never reach my home on May 27th! So I call Walmart they give me a credit so like I reordered the same swing which was supposed to come on June 1st. Once again my package is delayed at this same facility in richland. I have never had any issue with my deliveries from Walmart until the past 7 days. RICHLAND FEDEX GET YOUR BUSINESS UNDER CONTROL!

Driver looked at me while i was outside and left said no one was there to sign for package. The next day said no one was home. What BS. Package was probably to heavy for the lazy ass

Oh let's see they damaged the Dell Computer package and did not attempt to deliver or inform the end-customer, they when called circled around not wanting to call management of Richfield to get pictures or details of damage which was supposedly noticed and documented today at 11:05 am, later in the day the driver delivered 3/4 with the damaged one staying at Richfield with the driver not telling our office. Took 1 with FedEx to have them tell me to call Dell but since Richfield didn't actively communicate this to Dell or customer in timely fashion, customer now must inform Dell tomorrow morning and again delay any fix. The Richfield Ground management quite frankly needs to be investigated for pass the buck and simply not doing their job. Hate to say but HR really needs to look at reorganizing, retraining and firing. They screw and then refuse to communicate and fact is if they properly communicated the shipper and receiver could handle these issues that arise quickly and efficiently, but FedEx Ground Richfield hides. Going to be going to demand answer tomorrow morning, and might just call the local news stations to embarrass the management that doesn't collect their pay without doing their jobs. Attached are photos that shows proof Richfield distribution claims it damaged yet no outbound call, text, email, or email a paper notice left with the rest of the package delivery (info tag). I'll be happy when FedEx Richfield gets reorganized and closed permanently, too many extra unpaid hours on phone with FedEx to figure out what Richfield negligent FedEx workers are doing their entire bloody shift.

I am literally sitting here waiting for the delivery and my phone beeps. Driver - Elizabeth - sends a picture of my building. Package is signature required - no knock, no door tag - just a pic „customer was unavailable“. I see the truck outside and so I run down across the parking lot. I said I was home and needed my package and she says „we have lots of trucks“, gets in and leaves. Pathetic and lazy. Thanks Elizabeth
