“The owner Fadia is such a friendly and wonderful lady. Always a pleasure talking to her when she is in. If she is not there is always a friendly person at the counter. Prices are fair and the cigar selection is pretty nice. The humidor could use a bit of updating. Some cigars that do not sell as fast are dried out. I will continue to shop there. Shop local!”

“Shipping/recieving door is at the end of the lot, you'll see the cigarette butt receptacle. Sign says something different but it's Heidelberg, go on in or ring the bell. Guys will come right over and get you squared away.
If you have to you can park in the driveway or the cul de sac.
Now, let's talk about the backing. It's bad. You have no room, and, of course, there's a curb you have to negotiate if you're at doors 1 or 2. I suggest backing into a vacant dock by the pallet stacks, swinging your rear end around, sliding tandems, and backing in from the entrance curve. You DO NOT HAVE ROOM to get in from the pull off on your left.
All in all, not a bad delivery.”
“They don't have everything I look for, but they have an amazing selection of different brands. Also have beer and accessory items like some specialty liqueurs, mixers, bitters, sodas, and juices. They have sampler bottles and wine, too, but they stock liquors well so it's hard to take it all in.”
“We went to several liquor stores on our trip. I'd heard that Wellers was pretty accessible in Ohio. This was the only store to actually have any on hand. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm still looking for that Wellers antique. Maybe next, trip.”
“Deli 4 less from the outside looks like it's typical convenient store. One would not think they sell food. They have some amazing sub sandwiches made on site. They remind me of ones I get in NY at a bodega. Super satisfied. I order the veggie delight sub and the ingredients are all fresh. Do not skip out on the house oil. They should bottle and sell it. Simply delicious. Service is amazing and friendly as well. Super clean for a corner store also. You have a repeat customer for sure when I'm in the area. Skipping subway and headed here.”

“Keg pickup was so easy! Rochelle helped us at keg sales and was so kind. Then we went into the warehouse and the forklift operator went to get our keg then brought it out and loaded it into our car. 5 minutes total. Everything was organized and clean!”

“I have to thank the entire Giant Eagle staff. During the Coronavirus pandemic they have all worked hard to keep the shelves stocked. They adjusted hours to allow elderly to come shop earlier and the folks at the checkout are very friendly. I was able to get almost everything on my list. Giant Eagle is typically more expensive than some other stores but do have some pretty good sales. For the convenience I'll pay a little extra but I get my rewards and save a ton too. I am happy to have such a great grocer so dedicated to serving people locally. Thank you for keeping the shelves stocked during this time.”

“I love this store. So happy that it's gone back to Save-A-Lot and is no longer that value food market or whatever it was. This location has the best employees and I mean THE BEST. Every single one of them are kind and show up to do their job. They've worked hard to get the store back to what it used to be and I couldn't be happier. I just wish I was able to find an updated phone number on the internet somewhere. What's up with that?”
“A nice shopping experience. I love the different cart sizes, self checkout option, and open layout of the store. Almost everyone has been willing to help find any items you are having trouble finding. They have a lot of specialty finds and their deli, meat, and seafood area has a TON of fresh options that you can’t find at other grocery places nearby. The shopping experience as a whole is definitely better than places like Marcs, ACME or Walmart. My one pet peeve is that the women’s room is almost always requiring attention and that there are only 2 stalls and a super old hand dryer. If they could update it or maybe add one additional bathroom in the opposite corner of the store, I think it would help people who don’t get around the best that might have to use the bathroom during their shopping trip”

The overall feeling that you have is really unnecessary for me and you.
Why do we have plenty of food to sell yet we place the price for it too high?
It's like a bathroom ,maybe make some extra bathrooms. It is not the hardest thing to do. Same thing with all the food.
Spending 100.00, and then you have 4 to 5 items, and you still have not yet gotten any meat.
The idea of it is that guys' fault of whose in charge is reducing the responsibility of the people who are in charge of making decisions about how much money they are going to want.
Shop like your life depends on it, pass the sodas, and the unbelievable amount of sugar that is in your food .Seriously, sugar covered taco ? shells now !”
