The location is great, with a Pilot travel center behind the building and dining options like the Cozumel restaurant nearby. Some walkways were under renovation, requiring care. A significant drawback is the wifi, which is non-existent or constantly disconnects. There is no elevator, which can be difficult for some guests. Despite this, many guests would stay again, finding it reliable and well worth the price.

Lori was very accommodating but the hotel itself needs a lot of work and definitely needs housekeeping supplies. Other than that the location is great! Very quiet and comfortable. Good price for a nights stay.
