“Have been doing my postal transactions with the Bath, Ohio Post Office for 8 years and have receive excellent, professional, friendly service with each visit. I can understand customer frustration with the hours, but this is a smaller office with smaller staff, and this is something to expect. All you need to do is go to the larger offices and deal with the staff there in order to fully appreciate the Bath office.”
“The entire staff were amazing people, but Znobia saw me first as I walked in with my hot mess and literally not 10 minutes later, I was on my way out the door! The customer service here has always been top notch! A 2.9 rating?? C’mon CFalls… we can do them better than that!!!”
“The manager handled a complaint from a customer in front of me very cordially and professionally. She explained the post office processes to him thoroughly and politely and was able to reassure him that she would do what she could to help with his issue.
The process of mailing my packages was also very smooth all around. There was a nice selection of mailers with different designs and sizes and the employee who helped add my postage was nice and efficient.”
