We wanted to have a small party for our son. We booked a room for 4 to stay the night when we arrived we were told we weren’t allowed to have more than 4 people and if we were having more we had to book another room. Check in person said he would give me a good rate on the second room. I obliged. Once we were in our room it was very dark and dingy. We had friends come to swim in the pool and found out the lining of the pool was partially removed. We still enjoyed our time in the pool. Breakfast was good. But as we packed up getting ready to leave we found 2 cockroaches. I told the front desk about this and they told me “they were aware or the problem” ? because of the renovation of the pool the roaches were migrating to the pool side rooms!!! I requested compensation but the manager NEVER came to the desk the front desk help just relayed messages. I wish I had been more aggressive to get my money back. This situation is not ok and the facility should be shut down until the infestation has been removed.

This hotel is dated and it isn't getting any better. The whole place smells like chlorine from the pool and the rooms are shabby to say the least.

I booked 2 rooms there yesterday for my grandsons 2nd birthday. He loves to swim. They had a pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzi, game room, & play area all inside the atrium. Beds are comfortable, but legs on tables in the room were really loose. The staff is very nice and friendly!

Hot tub was cool, tepid, barely warm. Staff said a thermoter (outside the tub, not in it) inficates 104 degrees [F]. I am of the opionion the water in the tub was much cooler. If average human-body-temperature is less than 99 F, then generally if something is below that the something should feel cool (right?), a thing at or above that should not feel cool, and a thing above 99 should feel warm or hot. If the water in the hot tub were 104, it should feel hot and not cool. I thought it felt cool, almost as cool as an unheated pool: to the point I was just above shivvering. I thought outdoor pools over this Summer (when we had concecutive days in the mid to upper 90s) felt warmer than this hot tub. So I think the hot tub was not hot.

I stayed for 1 night with my grandson. The hotel is spacious, our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. We did not stay for breakfast so I cannot speak to that. The only concern/grip I have is the pool, the pool is nice it was clean however the liner is coming off of the pool. This posed a trip hazard for my grandson as he walked down the stairs into the pool. Yes I was right there, he had on floaties and he fell into water but it gave him some problems at first. Did it prevent us from enjoying it no of course not, I just think it needs replaced but since I am not the one paying for it :) Otherwise he loved it, he loved the play place, the arcade, and just the big open space that he could run in..We would stay here again

* reasonably priced
* Clean
* The staff I talked to were friendly
* Breakfast starts at 6:30, which sucks for somebody like me that is up at 5
* Some things are worn. I.e. card reader on door B doesn't work, threadbare carpet in spots.
Walkability: This is not in a walkable location at all

Pretty disappointing. Good play area for the kids, but that's about it. Phone in my room does not work, just had large brown smears on my "clean" towel hanging by the shower... barely an apology when I went to the front desk. They just handed me 2 new towels, and didn't even ask what room I was in or anything... room overall not very clean.

It place was incredibly OK. There wasn't anything super special... but it was as awful as it could have been. Some family and i were comping up for the weekend and originally booked with a far worse hotel. We switched to booking with Quality the night we needed to check in (due to the state of our other hotel). They were very accommodating and we got a room right away. They had good options for things to do while in the hotel, like mini golf and swimming, but both are in need of some TLC. The 9 hole mini golf had loose boards and broken clubs. The pool and hot tub need a deep clean and some maintenance. The rooms were a little outdated but overall not too bad. They were decently clean, aside from little things like the floor grout and the faucet. The beds were comfortable and bug free. They offered a free continental breakfast, bagels, waffles, yogurt, juice, and other things of the sort. Staff was quite friendly and would say hello and good morning any time you would cross paths. Overall, this hotel wasn't that bad. It just needs a bit of a face lift.

Tldr: They photocopied my credit card, which is extremely inappropriate and violates their contract with Visa, etc. I know this because I am a business owner who used to run cc slips, and I had to store those under lock and key. (I actually read contracts that I sign)
I prepaid through an app (non-refundable) while travelling for my business. I was asked to sign a paper with a list of rules, including that I had to wear a wristband while staying here. Bizarre, but I signed. Another card with a bunch of info next, I said what is this? He said you can just sign, I will fill it in; I think he sensed I was tired and frustrated. I've never had to fill out such paperwork for a prepaid room.
Then I hear the photocopier; I said, did you photocopy my credit card, he said yes, but we will shred it in the morning. I said, you will lock it up right? He tried to duck the question by repeating about shredding it. I said, you can't photocopy my card unless you store it under lock and key.
At this point he gets *very* aggressive and angry and says he doesn't like my attitude and says he's canceling my room. Note that I never raised my voice or got aggressive with him. I said the app doesn't allow cancelation so unless you refund me in cash I will not leave. Just give me my key, I filled out your stuff.
This was the nastiest, most aggressive clerk I have ever dealt with in the last 25 years. I will not be back and will be taking appropriate action regarding this incident.
Rooms: Unlike other reviews, my room was actually clean.
Safety: I did not feel safe here after the clerk getting aggressive and yelling at me.
Noteworthy details: They photocopied my credit card and admitted it would not be stored appropriately. Don't let them do this!

Where do I start...I am reading some of the other reviews and most are correct. I am an operations manager at another hotel. This hotel needs at least 5 million in repairs. So many things wrong, too many to list. Every where I looked I saw neglect and filth. I work for a choice hotel and I know there is no way this hotel would pass inspection or even come close. I'm almost for sure someone died on the bed I slept it. Not making this up. When I inspected the room my self I found dead bugs, spider webs, holes in walls, and every surface above 5 feet was filthy dirty. Maybe housekeeping is short and there is obviously no one inspecting rooms after housekeeping. Like I said the bed was a murder scene. I have pictures as proof but I can't link them to this. When I showed front desk they didn't offer a refund or any sympathy at all. Obviously they know the owners won't pay to fix anything. The whole hotel reeked and none of the carpets anywhere we're cleaned. The website says sold out, hmmmm is that because half the rooms were being used as storage. Yes I looked at everything just part of my job. They don't say anything about the outside doors being propped open with the garbage cans with cigarettes overflowing in the tops, major major no no in the hotel game. They can be shut down just for that, being a major safety violation. Ohhh almost forgot about the atrium/pool area. Almost everything in it was dirty or just neglected. Pool liner was ripped and had holes in it, wife almost tripped on it going in. Hot tub must have a leak in bottom because garden hose was constantly being put in it.. in my professional opinion the owners should sell and get out of that profession. The only good part was reception and front desk area. The rest needs condemned. Oh yea almost forgot the best part, there were tornados in the Cleveland area that week so many of the guests were there because of no power. I found out what the actual rates were and when I was talking to some of the guests they were charged more than the rates actually were because the owner knew they had no where else to go. So he was making profit of a natural disaster, what a piece of garbage. Like I said he should sell and be so ashamed of making money of people's misfortune and also renting any rooms that were in the shape of mine. Btw my name is Mike and everything is true in my statement even if you don't believe go check.out the hotel and find out for yourself. Thank you. I bet it was an awesome place in the 90s but it needs torn down probably and rebuilt.
Rooms: Dirty dirty dirty..I wish I could post pics of bed and sheets and pillows. All yellow.
Safety: The doors were propped open with garbage cans so anyone can just walk in. Not safe at all.

This hotel is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The room was dirty. The floors did not appear to have been swept in our room or in the hallway. The bathroom was very dirty. There were several cracks in the tile and the vent was falling out of the ceiling in the bathroom.
The play area and pool were the reason that we selected this hotel and they were a letdown. Again, they weren’t very clean. The pool liner seemed to have an issue where it wasn’t pulled tight.
The hallways and rooms are dated which would not be a problem if they were properly cleaned and maintained.
Rooms: Dirty and dated

Took a chance, and it didn't work out. The rooms are dingy, the first encounter I had with a employee was someone demanding my wristband (I had just checked in 5 minutes before), clearly they have issues with locals breaking in to use the pool... Which was carpeted. The play structure was the best thing about the place, the arcade was way over priced and has bad games, the door lock to our room was broken, the back door they sent us to had been clearly kicked in and was very damaged, another door didn't have a lock and just opened, it definitely didn't feel safe, we left once we booked a safe and clean place 30 min away.

Was not impressed how rude the staff was when I got there but for the price and what was included was a good price. Unfortunately the place is ran down and my door wouldn't lock going into my room, did not care for that.

Greeted by listless and unfriendly staff, rooms in a remote area of the hotel accessible to anyone 24/24 without supervision, dated rooms, soft mattress, the room was not made up between the first and second night.
Passing by the reception to have breakfast we said hello to the staff but they didn't even bother to look at us! We will never go back again!
