Just a day before our competition our team urgently needed help fixing and press fitting our cars wheel bearings. The kind and knowledgable staff not only accommodated us on short notice but also provided their services free of charge.Richfield Auto Center has our heartfelt gratitude and highest recommendation. Their exceptional service and genuine kindness are a rarity that deserves to be recognized. The staff at Richfield Auto Center are always friendly . Their honest, and the price is fair. Mu family has been taking our cars their for years. And even though we have moved out of the area, we still trust them with our vehicles.

This is the only place I will go for all my vehicles. Support local businesses!!I love this place. Amazing service. Changed oil, rotated tires, checked my brakes, and changed one of my tail lights and a license plate light. Also alerted me to an issue with my battery but did not pressure me to have it fixed that day. Thank you!!

While traveling from Erie back to St. Louis, we experienced some car issues that left us unable to drive our car. We were able to "slowly" make our way off the highway. We searched for available places to go for repair (note it was 6:30am when this happened). We were led to Richfield Auto Center. We waited until they opened (they opened early) and they were able to help get us back on the road in under an hour! We are so grateful for their prompt service in helping us. They could have easily told us they were booked for the day, but they knew we were in a bind and took the time to help! I am not from around there, but I would recommend this place to anyone!

I recently moved to Richfield and needed the 45,000-mile service performed on my car to keep my warranty active. I was informed on exactly what would be performed with that service and was provided an estimate before any work was performed. Everything was completed on the same day within the estimate amount. It looks like I found my new local mechanic!

They completely butchered the brake job and could have caused a serious accident. When we went to them with concerns they didn’t seem to care. Would strongly recommend that you not use this shop. They have done very poor brake jobs on multiple of our cars.Service: Auto brake replacement
