This kindercare is wonderful! The staff is great and attentive! I love getting the updates throughout the day about my child’s care. He’s always really happy when he comes home. The facility is clean and I feel very safe with my child in their care. I always get quick responses if there are any questions I have. I love the extra things they do like trunk or treat and Easter egg hunts! 10/10 would recommend!

Our kids have been going to this center for years now. Ms Jackie was warm and welcoming day 1 and the kids adore her and the rest of staff. Our kids look forward to going everyday. The progress they’ve made over the years has been amazing to see!

We’ve met with and tested out a handful of daycares over the last few years and feel like we found our home at Richfield KinderCare. It was not only the most affordable from the other centers we tried, but the staff and the offerings for our 3 kids has made it the best. Would recommend to anyone in Richfield or surrounding areas!

The staff are all really friendly and you can tell they really care about the kids. I love that they provide breakfast, lunch, and snack (one less thing for a busy parent to worry about!). They share their curriculum and work to help the kids learn. Also, there's an app where you get updates all day on your kid (everything from photos, to what they ate, to bathroom usage).

I enrolled my children at the beginning of 2023 and it has been one of the best things I have done for them. This center puts a heavy focus on learning and development. I have peace of mind knowing they are learning and having fun at the same time. The staff has been wonderful, they truly care for your child and their development. The directors and staff have been exceptional with communication, providing weekly updates for the center and have been fully transparent if any health updates or concerns. I absolutely love the app getting the pictures and updates on what they’ve done for the day. They provide the meals, and breakfast always smells yummy at drop off! I highly recommend this center, I am so happy we enrolled here!

I could not be happier with the care we receive from Richfield KinderCare! My son started there when he was 3 months old, and as a first time mom it was not easy leaving him. They made me feel so comfortable and confident that my little guy was going to be well taken care of. The videos and pictures throughout the day are always a nice pick-me-up when I’m at work. Their lunch menu varies a lot, which helps so much for my picky eater. I really can’t speak highly of this team enough! So thankful we found them.

I love kindercare richfield! My girls from ages 7 years to 15 months have all attended from infancy to pre k level and have received the upmost care and education. They truely are a family to us! I recommend them highly to any new family looking for a new daycare. They are always engaging in activities and make learning fun. My eldest (age 7) learned spanish while she attended and is now performing two levels above her current grade level. My middle child age 5 is reading and adding/subtracting. They really do care about all the families!

When the CCD at the University of Akron closed I was devastated. I looked around and hesitantly decided to put my son in daycare at Kindercare in Richfield. We've been there for a little over 2 years and the staff are amazing. The first week I mistakenly thought one of the teachers in the infant room was the mother of one of the other babies! The teachers are loving and kind and genuinely care about the children.Their level of professionalism is outstanding. During the COVID shutdown they were in constant communication and even hosted a drive through event so all of the kids could see the teachers.I know it's tough sending your baby to someone else but I genuinely trust them.It's such a relief to pick up my son at the end of a grueling work day and have him all smiles and in a good mood.

I can't say enough good things about the Richfield KinderCare! They are absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Enrolling my son was easy and hassle-free. My son absolutely LOVES going there. The great thing is that they aren't just a regular daycare, they actually focus on education, development, etc. My son has learned so much since he started there late last year. All of the teachers we've had our amazing and the director is fantastic. They're nice, accommodating, and they just make the whole daycare experience better than I ever thought possible. I plan to keep my son here through preschool and kindergarten. I HIGHLY recommend KinderCare for anyone in the area. You won't regret it!

Our family is so happy with this center, and could not ask for a better atmosphere for our children to grow and learn. We have enrolled our children here for the last 1-1/2, and have not had one issue. The employees of this center treat our children like their own family. I know that they genuinely care and look out for the well being of all the children in their care. If I could give more stars in my rating, I would!

Teachers always have a warm, inviting disposition for our kids.Got our three year old potty trained which our previous day care never tried. Teach our kiddos ways to manage their emotionsAnd playing with others (how to share, manage disagreements). We are so grateful forKindercare.They have not closed for weather or other unexpected issues. Very reliable.

We were at this center for about five years and I am still learning things that we were lied to about. In fact I just learned of another new one today from a past employee of the center. My son was complaining about being picked on when he was 5 by one particular older boy in after care. I brought it up to staff and director and was dismissed as not true, that my son was not getting picked on and got along with everyone. Well, almost three years later he still gets upset about being bullied and still talks about the boy and how much he hates him. He still gets mad at me for saying I didn’t do anything about it. Well today I learned that three other families left the center because of this same boy. Those parents were also told that there was no issue and their children were not being picked on. So the center knew it was happening and did nothing to stop it and worse yet, didn’t inform the parents to they could take action and pursue other care. There were many other instances that happened. One was that a woman was fired for physically mistreating my son. That one I learned from my friend that happened to see it when she was picking up her child. The director of staff never informed me of the event and would not tell me anything as to why she was fired even though it involved my child. Another instance was my daughter fell on the play ground and had a huge cut on her forehead, she had to have 13 stiches. The bad part was that when I got there to pick her up, they had not put anything on it. No bandage, nothing was covering the wound. It was totally exposed. Another time they gave my son someone else’s breast milk. I could go on. In hindsight yes I should have pulled them out earlier. Do not send your children here. I do not trust them to care for children. Everyone there is more worried about keeping their jobs than the well being of the children.

Cannot express how happy I am with the staff & their service provided for my toddler who I enrolled when he was an infant! Being a paranoid, stressed, first time mother, the center director Danielle Atwood along with her team continues to make me feel comfortable about my decision to pursue KinderCare for my son while I work full-time. The amount my son continues to learn is reflected at home from their planned educational activities - the positive impact the staff has made on my son & his intellect is incredible. I strongly recommend without hesitation. THANK YOU!
