need to update their phone number. Kept going to a "number cannot be completed ". This is absolutely uncalled for if there is an incident and somebody cannot get a hold of a tow truck to help them out.

My car was parked and would not start. I called and received a quote for $141. Was also told he would be there in 20min. He arrived on time, expertly got my car on the tow truck, and was charged what I quoted. He was able to take my car to a shop 6 miles away. Would recommend.

He got our commercial truck out of the mud despite a challenging combination of angles and distance. Any other tow driver would have refused. But he stuck with us and solved the problem. Serious expertise. Well worth the money.

Towing company is complete trash waited 40 minutes then was called and told he could not come after already agreeing funny thing is I called another company and it was half the price! I repeat do not use Richfield towing you will be sorry if you do if they even show up! COMPANY IS TASH do not waste your time!

Got my car towed, got great advice where to find car parts I needed for cheap, friendly, and was gentle with the car. Best towing experience out my 3 so far
