Pellet with solar panels got damaged.
The company policy is to leave delivery at the end of the driveway. You need to handle deliery to you garage yourself. Beware to houses with long driveway.
Driver was unethical. Asked for some cash to pull the pellet closer to the garage door. Snicky and rude. Unpleasant to work with.

Real good job picking this one out after everything thats happened in florida and elsewhere.

We are a business that ships/receives pallets every day. I haven't used Saia because we had an issue with pallets being damaged by fork lifts being run through the freight, ruining the shipment 3 different times from a vendor. Today I tried to use them to ship a pallet. I called to make sure it would be ok, it was oversized. They assured me it was fine. Driver showed up and declined it saying it was hanging over the pallet. No other trucking company has ever had an issue with this. I won't be using your services again. I also called customer service they told me we could try again tomorrow. No thanks, you're ridiculous if you think we'll ever use you again. Also, I tried to compete the survey at the end of the call and it didn't work, there was never a prompt at the end of the call.

I would leave zero stars if I could because they gave zero fahqs about my order.I took the day off of work to meet the driver per Saia scheduling. I payed extra for lift gate service. The morning of the delivery they called to inform me they don't have a truck with a lift gate. I never got any resolution. There was zero effort on their part to make the delivery. I never received my order. I would avoid this company like the plague.

I have never experienced more deplorable customer service in my life than from this company. Paul the driver was rude...Betty who scheduled the delivery was rude. Was told the delivery would be there in the afternoon, having a broken neck and not able to drive; scheduled and paid for a ride to receive the shipment and then was called at 10:30am, with no way to get over there. Very selfish people with no compassion for the people who are using their service or the products they are delivering. I would agree with the previous review...if I would give this company zero stars if I could.

Waited all day on a setup appointment for delivery, after checking into the online status, finding it had been switched to a partner company, then I call the partner company only to find out it wasn’t even sent out for delivery, never received a phone call or message about this, the package was a motorcycle and never once said anything about changing their drop off day etc.
