Scheduled a shipment through this company, paid in full, paid extra for a box truck with a lift gate to pick it up because there’s no semi access to my building. The driver calls me and tells me that he’s in a semi. I had to call the office to reschedule for a different day and they told me that they were just going to cancel my shipment because it doesn’t sound like something they are capable of doing. But they said they were capable when they took my money. I’m beyond frustrated and will never use them to ship anything again.

This used to be UPS, it is now a T Force. Very slow, always disorganized, front office guys are typically distracted and slow. Every single time we are in the office to pickup a pallet, it’s 20 minutes, a job that should take 2 minutes is 20 minutes here every time.

Showed up to deliver our Sunsetter Awning WITHOUT arranging for an appointment with us first. We were out of town. The driver was nice and accommodating and said they would reschedule a delivery date. Then a few minutes later I got a call from them saying they had instructed the driver to leave it in our “back yard” (which we don’t have because it is a condo development). Very disappointed in the level of service and would never use this company again to the extent I have a choice in the matter. Now it will sit outside for another week until we get home.

Horrible Customer Service! National Customer Service # is out of the country, they can do nothing but look up what is listed on the website. The local freight depot claims they call for an appointment but there are no messages, all of the calls were not them, and when you call them, you can not leave a message! This is the 3rd delivery in a row! Pay extra to avoid them! HORRIBLE COMPANY!

WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY. I shipped hundreds pallets of items with them, pay full coverage insurance on all items we ship. They Admittedly lost a $1200 transmission and we paid $300 in shipping alone on it. They credited us .10 Cents a pound or something ($300 total back to us). for just the weight of the item. I recommend another company.
