I love this place. The staff members are competent and helpful and genuinely cool people. The environment is climate controlled, as advertised. Because it is in what (I believe) used to be a shopping mall, it has a cool, abandoned warehouse vibe. Dunno if that is everyone's cuppa tea, but I'm a fan.

I had an amazing experience at JustStorage in Richmond Heights. David and Johana were both amazing and accommodating, and really made a hard move so much easier. The process was straight forward and the facility was well kept.
