I've gone to Dunn hardware for virtually all my paint, plumbing, electrical, and miscellaneous hardware needs for over 40 years. Despite several different owners over the years, they have consistently maintained great customer service, a clean and orderly store, great product selection, and fair prices. I would highly recommend Dunn Hardware to anyone needing hardware supplies.

Convenient and staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If they don't have an answer, they get it. Much better service and knowledge than local Home Depot.

sharing this review so others know that I experienced some very poor customer service and attitude when I went in the the hardware store several weeks ago. The staff there are not friendly and gave me an attitude when I asked for help, as if I was burdening them for something. I was almost in tears they were so unkind. We have a long way to go back to providing good quality customer service the way it used to be. Yes I may be aging myself, that is ok, people in the field of customer service should know how to provide it. This was not one person, but several staff at this location. Very disappointed.

Just moved to the area and ran into some problems while moving in. Didn't want to drive all the way to the big depot store, so I stopped here. Glad I did.Staff was super helpful and they had all the parts I needed to fix my dryer issues.It was easy to get in and out of and not super busy.Will return again when in need.
