“It’s probably the best Italian store in Cuyahoga county. Back in ‘90 was much better selection but with the difficulty European produce get in US because EU doesn’t import GMO and poison from US foods it’s understandable. Price wise i it’s much lower than Chicago or NYC. I missed some of those old italians in there like Ferrara or even Gallucci is hard to see. Those new ones need some costumer service training. Maybe a little vacation in Italy wouldn’t hurt for some of them who can’t smile or act like they grew up seeing how those products they sale were made. Grow up kids. Wannabe and authentic are two different things.

When it arrived I was astonished at how meticulous the staff were at packing each individual bottle in bubble wrap in their own boxes and then in another box surrounded with packing peanuts. “Let me start off by saying I really try to avoid going to liquor stores. I'll go to a grocery store and get my spirits before I go to a stand alone liquor store. This store however is clean, any time I've been there isnt a large crowd , it just doesnt trigger my anxiety. It's a safe, clean, and friendly environment. I can come in, get my bottle, and leave without all the extra stuff that happens at some other stores . Best of all , its right around the corner from me . Very convenient!”
“I stop in here once in a while, it's my main grocery store, but it is my pharmacy and bakery. The pharmacy workers are great, always quicker than I expect them to be, and they go the extra mile to help see if GoodRx is better than my insurance (it almost always is) and they are overall just friendly! The bakery always exceeds my expectation. I love their muffins and pastries and come here for Paczkis and other special things throughout the year. This past weekend I ordered a sheet cake for a family party, it was beautiful. We ordered the white cake with the strawberries inside, EVERYONE loved it. I've never seen a cake go over so well at an adult party! Shark was the worker who assisted me Sunday morning and shout out, because everything was perfect! I jumped right in line, almost no wait which was a miracle on a Sunday morning and because I was running late and holding a heavy cake! The woman who checked me out (sorry I lost the little survey slip in the party set up) was so friendly and commented on how beautiful the cake was and wished me a good time! I love that kind of friendly interaction. Speaking of friendly interaction, I didn't see Benny on Sunday, but any time I do, I head to his line, he is soooo friendly! He makes great bakery suggestions for me and is just always in a good mood despite the chaos around him in that place!”

The plaza, teeming with shops and eateries, offered a bounty as varied as the goods in a merchant's hold. Each store was like a treasure chest, filled with goods and wares to delight any shopper. The eatery aromas were as tantalizing as a feast on the high seas, luring hungry souls with promises of delicious fare. The crew, I mean the staff, in each establishment were as helpful and cheerful as shipmates on a calm sea. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, like a deck during a shore leave celebration. Willo Plaza, for its variety of stores and merry environment, earns a mighty five parrots out of five from this shopping-loving pirate!”
“We stopped in to see if there were some fun snacks to grab while we were staying at the hotel next door in Legacy Village. I remembered that they had a pretty good bakery section and when I was younger we used to pick up slices of Cheesecake Factory desserts here along with candy.We probably spent twenty minutes looking around and were surprised by some of the regional items we found. The grocery store was also clean and well stocked and we were able to navigate it easily and find the sections we were looking for.”
