Love the location and all it offers . New Addition Aaron is Very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL. Knows the customer by name. A great asset to this establishment. Highly recommend this location.

Aaron has been amazing every time I come in the store he is always kind and helpful. He’s very smart and very intelligent. He’s helped me how to use my phone to fax and email documents. I did not know how to do this on my own. Can’t believe that I can do it at 66 years old

Every time I go I am greeted with a friendly face and the people who work there are very organized and polite. Flynn gives me an idea of the best way to send something. I prefer going here over going to the post office- more options, shorter lines, accurate and friendly!!

Postal annex in Richmond Hts is convenient and a great alternative to the US postal service. USPS employees in Richmond Hts are not very friendly, you feel as if you’re disturbing them. Postal Annex has amazing customer service even when mgmt/ ownership changes hands. Staff is kind and very helpful this is a staple in our community that I hope never leaves.

I needed some banners created. Worked with Flynn who was extremely helpful. He was very efficient, provided good suggestions on font and style and kept me posted at every step. He completed the banners in 4 days and they are beautiful! Postal annex has our business from this day forward.

Every time I'm in a pickle and need to have something done for my family, group or personal printed or made up Flynn is aways my hero he always figures out a way to make my ideals work. The postal annex has the best customer service. Flynn is one of there great employees among the rest who are cool as well. Thanks Flynn for all your help with all of my special projects you put me at ease and made all my ideals work!

The service has been very professional, the only downside was I shipped a package by FedEx from here; and a few days later when I went to track my package, there was no tracking number on my receipt. Other than that, everything else worked out fine. I will definitely be using this service again, I just wish they'd put tracking numbers on their receipts.

I have been a customer there since they opened and was always very pleased with the service and the way they did things, they were very nice. My most recent experience, however, was really terrible. There is a young lady working there with lots of attitude, a very rude smart mouthed disrespectful young woman who seems determined to do everything she can to lose customers. Mission accomplished. I will never give my business to them again.

I visited Postal Annex yesterday with a complicated order. Flynn could not have been more helpful, SO much better of an experience than I've ever had with UPS. Thank you Flynn and Postal Annex!!

I have been going to this place for at least 10 years… it’s my go to. Recently there have been some staffing changes. The older, dark haired woman (Rhonda? Brenda?) is not the easiest to work with. She doesn’t try to optimize my COSTS. She throws out ideas w/out relating the additional costs and then when I am surprised at the expense, she says, ok well we can take off the… (her original suggestion) She has waited on me 3 times and it takes twice as long. And when the younger gal comes over to assist (Flynn?) she dismisses her by saying “I’ve been doing this a lot longer than you.” For the record, Flynn (?) assisted me once and it was seamless. Easy. I was out of there in no time, and comfortable that I got the best rate. I am not going in if the other woman is there. I will drive across the street to Fed Ex. I am all for small business ownership, but I just can’t do it anymore, she’s had 3 chances to prove herself.

Have always had good experiences before.
I stood for 4 min while a person worked ignoring me a few feet away. I walked out. Someone else walked in as I was leaving. They were helped immediately. Some dark haired lady.
First time in all of my years going that I have had problem.
