The quality of paint is really amazing. Also the help I received from Brian the sales associate was invaluable from helping me decide what kind of paint I needed for various surfaces to helping me get it all out to the car. I actually recommended it to 2 family members after this.

Thanks to Garrett and Brian for the great service in getting the exact match for the paint color needed, since I only had a small sample of the old, and then bringing it all out to the car.

Always a good experience. The staff is very helpful explaining products for my projects...differences in paints, brushes, tape, anything you need to paint or stain. You can take home lots of colors of paint swatches. Before you go always go online and look for a coupon. There is often a 25% off coupon. If you need a stir stick, or opener ask for them.

I had the pleasure of being helped by two young men in the store. They were helpful and knew their stuff. They even gave opinions on my ideas i was telling them about humoring me . Such nice guys

The young man that helped us was great. He helped us get the correct products for our application and then carried the paint to our car. You don’t get that kind of service in many places these days. I highly recommend Sherwin Williams paint and I highly recommend the Richmond Heights store.

I forgot to write this review, About a year ago i had one of my workers go into this store to buy paint and they would not let him use my commercial cash account to get discount pricing (was not trying to use charge account) and instead made him pay full price as i was not available to answer my phone. This location is the only one that i have had any problem's with my workers using my account for my jobs.
