Worst store in Richwood. Save 5 minutes just walking to the Family Dollar next door. Aisles are a mess. Racks everywhere blocking the whole left side of the entire aisleways. Not to mention, the store manager was rude to the customer in front of us, and when we were up, she whispered something under her breath when my girlfriend said she didn't want something.

This store is awful. I don’t know how it’s not shut down. The aisles are unkept. There is product everywhere. They are never busy. Drive or walk to family dollar next door. That is what you’d expect from a dollar store.

The store smelled horrible, and I could barely make it through one aisle without almost tripping over all the clutter everywhere. Over all, family dollar is much better

I was just in there and all the food was spoiled and nasty ?. They couldn't figure out how to scan my I.D and refused to sell tobacco products . The images that they use is not the real life images you walk in there and the place looks like a freaking disaster like a teenager was living in there. I honestly think that the reviews are fake and they had to pay for them because this is the worst dollar general I've ever been in and I've seen some pretty messed up things in my life.They need to get somebody with a lease a college education in there to run the store . Gross ?

This place is awful, there are so many carts and boxes in the way through every isle. You shouldn’t have to move these carts or even search through them because the employees can’t..won’t do anything to get them out of the way. I live here in town and it’s a every time you go in kind of thing not just like it was one night. The family dollar next door is the way to go compared to here.
