Don't do any dealings with John Robert's sales person. Shady, lazy and really doesn't perform well.
I asked for a quote (3 times I asked) and thats when John Roberts hee hawed around and disclosed that he added in extra costs to my loan. He will add expensive extended warranty cost to your quote without discussion or buyers consent. As a sales person he was lacking knowledge on products when asked questions.
My son and I left and an hour later bought the Cub Cadet Ultima ZT1 at Home Depot.

Called to get a quote on installing an engine and replacing the starter on an older 4x2 Gator. Front desk was very courteous. However they couldn't offer me a rough estimate and had to transfer me to the service department, no problemThe service manager "Junior" wasn't available so i left a message. He called me back, left me a very disinterested voicemail. I called him back and said sorry i missed your call to which he replies "yeah you did"Then after i had to re-explain myself because Junior apparently didnt acknowledge the message I left the front desk, he proceeded to offer me a quote of "well its 125$ per hour, as far as time goes, well im not really sure "Cool thanks for your time Junior.Called the Marion location, they quoted 4 hours max. Pleasent to deal with. Taking my business there. Junior will run off customers with his poor attitude and lack of desire to be remotely helpful. I will happily service my other 2 gators and mowers in Marion in the future.

Drove two hours to look at a used piece of equipment being sold at top dollar. Got to the facility and the unit did not function, had a hard time starting and had flat tires. The unit was not serviced and i was not told this before i drove 2 hours after confirming the unit was there the morning of. The sales men were no help and had little to no knowledge of the unit it self. I find it had to believe that a company would put their name an equipment in this condition. This experience has made my decision on what brand to never buy, i am a small business and would never expect to be treated in this manor or treat a customer this way. Stay away from this dealer.

When I was ordering my John Deere Z345R mower I purposely selected AG Pro as my selected dealer based on their great reviews. Extremely happy with going the AG Pro route - John Roberts was awesome and handled everything perfectly regarding answering my questions, adding on mower attachments last minute along with keeping me informed along the way up until delivery day. Thanks John and the guys at AG Pro! Looking forward to servicing my zero turn with you for the many years to come.-Lee

John Roberts was great to work with. He made sure the part I ordered was correct for my equipment. He packaged it up, coordinated with the shipper, and got it sent off.
