“I'm literally blown away by their extraordinary customer service that goes above and beyond for their customers!!! Today our alternator died right off the highway at the truck stop in Burbank. Being from out of town and tight on cash we had no way to get there to get our part. We explained our situation and asked if there was anyway that they could possibly deliver us the part. Without hesitation they called their driver and he delivered our part within the hour and at no cost!!! We're beyond blessed for their kindness of the folks here and assistance in getting us back on the road. ?”

“Shout out Craig who diagnosed my Telluride’s problem when I could not get it unlocked with fob or app. Thanks for figuring out where to put the emergency key from inside the fob to unlock door manually. Thank you for checking the battery cables which were extremely loose, thus the problem & tightening them. And most of all offering to follow me a ways to make sure I was safe!! You’re the best!!”

“All of the people who work here are amazing and go out of their way to ensure a good customer service experience and make sure you are happy! They have helped both my husband and I with all of our U-Haul needs and Steve even stayed after hours when our trailer lights weren’t working properly. He worked by flashlight so we could not have to get a hotel room and allow us to keep going by fixing our car fuse problem! They are really so so nice and wonderful! Thank you!!”
