“I am so grateful for this business and its amazing employees!!! I was driving on 90 and got a flat tire…. pulled into town not knowing anyone or any businesses. Add in it was almost closing time. They not only waited for me, but quickly diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road in ten minutes. I am so grateful for their professionalism, skill and kindness. Now I just wish they were in my hometown!”

“From the first visit talking to Mike at the chardon location , to purchasing the vehicle from Landon at the Orwell location. Everything went pretty smooth and in a timely manner . Even after coming to an agreed price some small fees came up , but Landon made some calls to get that figured out . I would recommend at least stopping in at either location . Take a Look at there inventory . And see what they can do .”

“Very Clean organized and great friendly people e-z to get to right off the I-90 freeway, lots of room to get in and out of docks. Very fast loading & unloading. All around my kind of place to go to for loads to get in and out of in a short period of time and so you can get on down the road. As everybody knows time is money and these people I think must have that as their MOTO, Because I have never had to sit here long to get unloaded. They treat drivers with Curtiscy and Respect, like drivers like to be treated, my hat goes off to all of them. They run a TOP NOTCH COMPANY. “Quick, friendly, and prices were reasonable. They recently helped us out with some repairs last minute, and got the vehicle fixed the same day. This summer, they fixed a problem with the AC in our passenger van that other places had misdiagnosed, and got us ice cold air that lasted all summer. It's nice to have this place so close to home!”

“Stopped here on a cross country road trip after hearing a rattling underneath my car. John at Reese’s Auto Service was the most helpful, knowledgeable, and kind hearted mechanic I’ve ever met. He had me back up and running within an hour. If you are in Geneva, don’t go anywhere else for car service but Reese’s. Ask for John.”

“These guys work hard to find the problem and fix it timely. They are a good bunch. It's not cheap to get your car fixed, but they are honest and fair. Who could ask for more? Very pleased to give them a much deserved five star review.”

“Three hours into a family road trip Detroit to Connecticut, our CEL started flashing. We pulled into Victory Honda Austinburg as they were opening and were taken care of right away. The servicemen ran a detailed diagnostic test, provided/explained a thorough explanation of the issue, and helped get the car in order for a safe drive. Without so much as an appointment, we were in and out within 80 minutes. Thank you the team for their willingness to take care of us on a whim and their thorough analysis. Would recommend to anyone!!!”

“I bought my used Corvette at a fair price from Midway Chevrolet from out of state. Speaking with the service manager, George, and the sales manager, Carol, I bought with confidence. The owner, Jack, picked me up from the airport and took me to the dealership, where the other owner, Jimmy, took my money and signed my paperwork. Buying from a small family dealership, where people know how to treat people, is the way to go. Thanks for a great buying experience, Midway!”

“Victory Toyota of Ashtabula County did a great job with my used vehicle purchase!! Do yourself a favor and check them out! I went in with the intention of just test driving and looking at a used Toyota. Chad, the salesperson had the car ready for me and had knowledge of the product, features, and vehicle history. I was on a short time frame, and in a flash Terry the sales manager and Chad worked up a deal that was acceptable to me. I had no intention of buying, so they are stellar friendly salespeople willing to work with their customers. Not a lot of games or back and forth thank goodness. I quickly checked my numbers and felt we got a deal that they were satisfied with and I could live with. I feel good about my purchase (slightly above my budget) but what seems to be a quality used vehicle that I love owning. Financing was quick and easy to get through as well. Was able to use their bank vs mine which I think saved me some money. Everyone was friendly and respectful of my time. Coffee and popcorn were good and the dealership was very clean and organized. I think I was there a total of 2 hours. Down sides (universal to all dealers in fact) - felt a little pressure (I wasn't mentally in "buy mode" so that's on me). And when buying at a dealer there is potential for add-ons to a used or new car that have zero value to the buyer. Just come prepared and don't pay for anything you don't want. I feel it's the dealer's problem not mine that they added stuff they thought I'd want as a shopper. Like I said, ALL the dealers are doing this and they need to stop. Anyway, next day I got my vehicle and it was clean and ready and Chad put a warm cup of coffee and car keys in my hand. In and out in five minutes!!! There are a lot of options for consumers in car buying experiences and many of them middling to horrific. This one was excellent! I would recommend Victory Toyota for your next new or used car buying experience. They were really good (Chad and Terry will take care of you in a friendly and respectful manner) and I would buy from them again. It happened so fast, I kinda miss hanging out with those guys!”
