First for everything. Never been in E&H. Just came here from SC visiting family and I had such an amazing experience here with Kara and Dzmetri. Outstanding customer service from these 2 employees and I mean outstanding service. Well mannered and simply delivered! I spent a while in this store and noticed the two of them working hard with answering customers concerns while handling multiple customers. Both will multitask and go from one end of the store to the other. I will be definitely let my family know here to shop at this store and I thank the 2 of you for showing how dedicated you are to your store. We need this in South Carolina! Fast and efficient service right here.

Delivery was scheduled and they never called with. I ended up canceling and they called me 15 mins later to schedule for days out from original date. Horrible communication and customer service.

I had a screw that was stuck in a part of a bed frame I was assembling. I took it to Ace and Dan was very helpful in getting products that might help get it out. Even though they didn’t work, I took the part to the store the next day and Dan happily got the screw out of the part for me. That saved me from such a rut! I was very impressed with his customer service, as well as the other staff in the store. I will definitely be returning if and when I need to, and will spread the word about how great this location is!
