AutoZone is the nation's leading retailer of auto parts including new and remanufactured hard parts, maintenance items and car accessories. Employees are super helpful and have willingness to assist people who have trouble identifying the correct or proper items for their car. The Rocky River store on Center Ridge road has guys who are awesome, friendly, personable and very helpful in finding whatever people need. Very helpful and good service is provided, with staff who come out to the car to help fixing or installing what has been purchased. People can stop in at the Rocky River store to have staff look at the check engine light message, a valuable service that gives direction and ideas about what is going on before going to the mechanic.
First time ever been to the store and it looked very nice. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and they helped me find my parts that I needed. I will definitely be returning to give them more of my business.

I absolutely love this Autozone! They are so helpful and kind and always replace my bulbs--even when they're difficult to reach. In spite of the pouring rain, Pete and Dave worked until they replaced everything. Best customer service ever!
