The person there that waited on us was not very pleasant and even ruder when I went to pick up dress, so we just left with dress and didn't even try on. They don't do alterations anyways.

Sandy and Annelisa were phenomenal! Easy to work with, easy to get ahold of, helpful, attentive, and so much more!! Bella worked out great having bridesmaids in multiple states AND getting my little white dress was such a breeze! Go here!!!!

They ordered a bridesmaids dress for my daughter in a size 14 and she's an 8 due to her bust size. They said their seamstress they use would alter it to fit her.
The seamstress said they do this all the time. They could only alter the skirt portion. The top was hanging off her. We had to tape up the entire top.
I would not recommend this store.

Poor experience ordering a bridesmaid dress for a wedding.
I would not recommend this Bella bridesmaids to anyone. My situation was unique, being postpartum but when I told their team of my size and situation they recommended I go with their made to order dresses which was an extra $50. Took my measurements (by an external tailor) and bella bridesmaids asked me to re-do my neck to waist. I gave them corrected measurements for my neck to waist, which never was recorded properly on their end.
When I received the dress the neck to waist measurement was of my originally submitted numbers not the updated ones they had me re-do. This led me to running around on a holiday weekend to try and find an appointment for a tailor to examine the dress and then go to another Bella bridesmaids in my area to try on other options, on a tight deadline.
Through the whole process, the owner did not take ownership of the mistake and put it on me to figure out, while then also requiring me to split the payment of the new dress.

It was such an easy and efficient process going in and selecting my bridesmaid dresses! The online closet made it so convenient for my bridesmaids across the country to see and order styles. A couple of them travelled to visit the Cleveland location and had their selections and sizing done so quickly! The dresses arrived right on schedule and everyone loved them! Thank you so much!

I’ve actually been here twice and didn’t realize it.
Once to try on bridesmaids dresses for my sisters wedding, where we had a large bridal party and were expected to share dressing rooms. The appointment was very disorganized.
Come to today, I am on the hunt for a colored, non traditional wedding dress so I’ve been trying bridesmaid and prom dresses to find a pop of color. We pulled up to the address and I realized it was the same place. We should have left but since we were already there I figured it wouldn’t hurt to look.
They really didn’t seem to have anything new. Now that I’m a heavier size than my last time visiting, I didn’t find any dresses that would fit me and was still disappointed in the selection. We cut the appt short and left.

I bought a bridesmaid dress from here for a wedding that was supposed to happen in October 2023. While my friend's wedding never happened, I still kept the dress to use for a future wedding. Actually, I had to keep the almost $200 dress because no returns are possible. SERVICE -- Excellent service. I booked an appointment in May 2023 with stylist Brielle S., at the Cleveland location showroom. I arrived with my friend who was another bridesmaid. My appointment was smooth and Brielle was very helpful. She took my measurements and helped me adjust the dress with clips when I put it on. The bride, who does not live in Ohio, already had the dress that she wanted the bridesmaids to wear so all I had to do was come try the dress on then either order it in the store or order it at home online. While the specific colour, light blue ("cloudy") was not available to try on, I tried on a pink colour just to get an idea of how the dress would fit. Specifically, here is the dress style that I bought -- Designer: Dessy Group Style: BB123 Fabric: Lux Chiffon, Color: Cloudy Size: 8 (I'm normally a size 6 but I ordered a bit bigger due to the style of this dress where the shoulder area is more snug or tight) Extra Length: Yes I recommend Bella Bridesmaid for your dress needs. Browse their website first before going into the store. We had a great experience with Bella Bridesmaids! I had scoured every bridesmaid dress website known to man, and finally found what we were looking for at Bella. I was initially hesitant to shop at an in-store bridesmaid shop because of prices, but I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, our girls' dresses were more expensive than some online options, but there were plenty of price range options presented to us and the dress quality was worth it; our bridesmaids looked STUNNING. Brielle was great to work with and the process was really simple. We appreciated that girls could login to the online portal to manage orders and didn't even have to go to the store. I had the best time at Bella Bridesmaids finding the perfect bridesmaid dress! The workers were soo kind and helpful. They have soo many options to choose from including a variety of different styles, colors, textures, that all vary in price range. It makes the process so much easier when your bridesmaids are able to try on the specific dresses in person and get measured for them. They made the process so simply, easy, and fun!
