“I always thought the point of pre-ordering something was so that it's ready to pick up and go.... I pre-ordered ribs today thinking just that! When I arrived exactly on time, I acknowledged that I pre- ordered and expected to be the next to recieve my order. Instead, they proceeded to fill the new orders of customers coming out saying I just paid in store. I waited an additional 20 minutes past my pick up time!! I understand that today was a very busy day for them, but let's be fair to the people who give them a heads up so that their order is ready and waiting. I will not be "pre ordering" again...I gave 4 stars because the ribs were delicious!”

I don’t know who his boss/manager was. She wore glasses. But was rude, short and snippy with him. It was sad to see, because he was such a sweetheart. Shame on her, I didn’t see her name tag unfortunately. Otherwise a great experience with Robert :)”
