Joanie is the best. She is professional, courteous, and an absolute artist. The staff at CS are always welcoming and kind. I always have a great experience at CS. 10/10.

It’s a nice salon however, beware.. I used Britt twice. First experience was good second, not so much. I came in to get my layers trimmed and not my length or bangs. Well, let's just say she does what she wants and doesn’t care about what the customer requested. I will be switch hair stylist.

I get the absolute best service from Joanie when I get my haircut. I have been coming to Charles Scott for the past 4 years and will not go anywhere else. If you want top tear service and a great environment I highly recommend checking out this establishment, and specifically ask for Joanie.

KYRA!!! I found THE stylist!! She is totally brilliant with color. This hair stylist is super professional, listens really carefully, and she is just lovely in every way. My best EVER experiences in two appointments.

I read reviews religiously and that's how I identified Joanie to help correct a bad cut for my much in need curly hair. We had a great conversation about my hair's texture, hair's current state, what type of cut I sought, and how I work with my hair, products included. She did a fabulous job, it's so much better and my curls are back the way they should be. My hair is curly yet responds best to a precision cut (or as she says technical cut). I highly recommend her, she's worth the wait for getting an appointment and such a delightful personality!

I am naturally very dark brown and Haley has helped me stay light brown year round! I have been seeing her for a year now and I look forward to being in her chair! The entire staff is very friendly and understanding. If you’re thinking about coming here, do not hesitate!

I go to Charles Scott because of Joanie and her extensive knowledge on coloring and styling hair. She knew what I needed for my hair before I did and she was able to provide amazing client care. She brightens my day when I get my hair done!

Joanie is fantastic. Her color and cut was amazing and she is extremely personable. Can't recommend enough. Charmayne also did a super job on my eyebrows. Will come back for sure.

Such a lovely place and excellent, always polite staff! Comfortable and clean atmosphere with a very warm vibe. Joanie has taken care of my teenager very well with a very in-depth knowledge and excels at her craft! 10 out of 10 could not recommend more

Went for makeup for a wedding. I looked quite lovely and was wedding ready. I honestly forget my gal's name, but I know her face. Dark-haired and pretty, she made me feel like a queen. I love that. Great place.

My clients salon, and when I say professional in every aspect, that's exactly what I mean. My client uses a wheelchair and as I was approaching the door to bring her in, I was blown away at all those who saw me and came to help us. Listen, we all deal with customer service on a daily basis, but this customer service is phenomenal.

Joanie is the most experienced, knowledgeable, and charismatic stylist I have ever known! She is not only a blast to sit with while she works on your hair (the time flies by)but she makes your hair dreams come true. I’m not a natural blonde by any stretch of the imagination, but somehow she makes me look like one by the time our session is over. She’s a magician. I love her!
