took too long to even book appointment to drop off car after bringing it in to take pics said they'd call in a couple days did not hear from them for 3 business days then when i called they said they'd call later in the week to schedule a drop off for the next week

Highly unprofessional actions by the staff. Threw a box out in the dumpster then one of the workers decides to confront me, take pictures and flip me off leaving. What a bum

My daughters car was rear ended while she was home on break from college. No one was hurt but the timing could not have been worse as she goes to school 4 hours away.The crew at Crash Champions worked with the other persons insurance to get the estimate approved in record time so repairs could begin asap and set us up with a convenient rental for her to get back to school on time.Above and beyond that Crash Champions worked to return our repaired vehicle a day earlier than expected so we could meet her in the middle to swap the repaired vehicle for the rental. Overall 5 stars isn't enough - this is a 10 star situation. Thanks everyone at Crash Champions that made this happen.
