This is my first CrossFit experience and I’m very happy with it. They really know what they’re doing and take safety and technique seriously. Great blend of cardio and strength, you’ll really feel it!

I’ve been going to Cleveland CrossFit for a year and a half now and I can’t speak more highly of my experience.Bill, Stacy and all of the trainers are fantastic, and the workouts are balanced and varied so you get stronger everyday but never bored.Most importantly though, this is practical fitness within a community and not a crazy cult.Every single person I’ve come across at Cleveland CrossFit has been very supportive and positive and that goes a long way!

I have really enjoyed the programming so far and it has been a nice change of pace adding a little more intensity to my workouts. CrossFit Cleveland is a very welcoming place for people just trying out CrossFit or for those that have been doing it for years.

Great, judgement free gym and supportive environment. Not easy but plenty of coached modifications for those who struggle with certain movements. Cannot recommend more highly.

Bill & Stacy have been great help in maintaining my fitness level at 76 years young. Bill's one on one workouts help prepare me for knee surgery. My recovery is going well thanks to the advance work on flexibility and strength.

CrossFit Cleveland has been extremely beneficial to me and transformative to my lifestyle because it has given me the best physical results out of any workout plan or regimen I’ve ever tried. CrossFit Cleveland has been great for my health. I’ve lost a fair amount of weight, have been able to cut back on some prescription meds and have more energy. The CrossFit trainers are friendly and generally stress good health over competition, which someone in their 60s can appreciate.

I have been going to Cleveland CrossFit for a little over 3 months. I have been paired up with Coach Alex who has fixed my extremely poor diet of pizza all the time to a more sustainable lifestyle with realistic eating habits. As a result, I have gotten much leaner and stronger. This gym also has a family atmosphere, if you are looking for that, i find it supportive. I try to go 5 days a week in the mornings before work and I am able to get a 6am class and the gym is conveniently halfway to work. I enjoy CrossFit Cleveland as it is a good fit for me, would recommend.
