I had one of the best customer experience's recently at this FexEx location. I wish I had the guys name who helped me, but he was so thoughtful and nice and above all eager to help. He exemplified what customer service is supposed to look like. All of the employees seemed to be so kind and thoughtful. After my project was done printing I was cutting items out and overheard another employee talking to another customer and he was so kind to this customer and so helpful. I've printed here before and I've never had a bad experience but this time just seemed to be joyful. Who would have thought you could be joyful in a FedEx? It felt like such a kind environment, even with how the employees spoke to each other. Thank you for helping me with my printing needs but more so making me feel more joyful leaving FedEx performing what was a mundane task!

Every person we experienced at this location was so kind and helpful. Huge shout out to Alaska as she went above and beyond helping us in a very difficult time. 100/10 recommend this location!

Time and time again I've gone into this location and the store associates go out of their way to make your life difficult. I successfully avoided them for 3 yrs but made the mistake of giving them another chance today but they didn't let me down and turned me away because I didn't have my drivers license. You can do everything else in this country without an ID but I guess you can't ship a Christmas gift at Rocky River Fedex unless you show proper government issued identification. What a joke. Such a hassle... I went to another location and they helped me without issue. Avoid this place at all cost.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for the customer service I received from the entire staff, especially Patty and Andrew. Everyone was so eager to help fix a situation for me (had my sister's welcome sign for her baby shower shipped to a family member in Florida by accident) and they were on it straight away. Wonderful communication and truly could not tell you how noticeable good customer service is these days <3 Thank you all so much!

Holy guacamole! These people are amazing! I had two large boxes to return with a convoluted QR code situation. Sarah figured it out for me and even made a copy of one paper so I would have documentation. After leaving, Sarah called me to say she thought I had left my reading glasses at the store. When I went over there to get them Andrew met me outside near the front door and handed them to me. What service! I am really really impressed with the quality of people who work there. Thank you both so much!

The fact that you can’t hold packages or forward them to new addresses in 2023 is ridiculous. I don’t understand how fedex is still in business.

Patty and Heidi provided amazing service for me. I sent in an order at the last minute for an in-person event. These employees stayed late and arrived early to wrap up my project. This store Gets. It. Done. and I will be back for sure! Please be kind and gracious as they juggle so much with professionalism.

Horrible experience. I sent over an urgent work print project and was assured on Wednesday that it would be completed by Friday. I called Friday and Heidi was very rude and could not help at all. I called back Saturday and she was even less helpful. Then told me to “take it somewhere else” and hung up the phone. Unbelievable.

I use this location for all of my business’s printing needs. The staff here go above and beyond to make sure everything is just perfect. Heidi, Harry, Shadae and the whole team are just wonderful.

Rude!!!!!!! And they only selectively help who they want!!!! My mom went in there with her packages ready to go, labels and all. She just needed a little extra tape and she had a few extra questions. Mind you, the customer before her was getting helped, shanee or shawnee the employee was helping the customer in front of my mom tape, pack and get the package ready (later shanee dropped that package, eek if the customer only knew!!!!) when my mom asked for help, shanee threw the rolled tape at her. My mom was treated so poorly it really wasn't that busy in the store there was only another customer in there. And another customer using the kiosk. Again shanee the employee threw a plastic skeeve at my mom, who does not work at FedEx and knows how to use this item. I guess my question is if one customer asked for help how do you help one customer yet not another customer ? Hmmmmm that's very poor customer service. Then my mom's packages were sitting there and she wanted a tracking number which they still had not given her. Rude, rude, rude!!!! Employees at Fed-Ex if you don't like your job get another one please!
