I had a nail in a tire and needed to have it fixed. I had no appointment. The shop was very busy that day but they fit me in and took care of my problem. I have used this shop in the past and they have always given me very good service.

This place used to be great. Key words: used to be. I'm happy Mike got to retire, but Rich, who works inside, is a condescending jerk. He belittles customers, argues with them, lies to them, and has to be the guy who knows more than you.
The work is taking longer than normal, and mistakes are getting made more often than they ever had. Frankly, don't bring your vehicle here if you don't have to. I would come out of my way to come here in the past, but I'm finding a new place to go.

First time customer (but definitely not my last) who has nothing but great things to say about my experience. The store was extremely busy and short staffed but that did not detour the courteous and knowledgeable staff from being very efficient in caring for my vehicle. the service manager took his time to answer all my questions and provide me proper estimates and was able to offer me the best possible price for my service! The mechanic (Andy) was exceptional and explained what he found diagnostically and how tips on service recommendations. Very professional and hard working. Clean store and good amenities while you are waiting for your car to get the service needed for a safe form of transportation! i will be returning and would recommend to family, friends, and others!

Took car in for oil change and a diagnostic reading on oil light. Only to end up with an oil light on, oil leak, and a flashing engine light. A being told that they can’t fix the car and I gotta take it to dealer because of a code they got on the diagnostic test. So they left me with no options, no apologies, nothing. They don’t care about their customers at all. Wasn’t even offered anything to drink while I was waiting. Down right unprofessional and rude to the entire crew.

Excellent staff. Exceptional service. Manager really helped me get the best tire for my car. Very nice place and location too

They were able to get me into the store within minutes when I had a low tire. Only waited @ 1.25 hrs for walk in service.
Only issue was this was the second visit that I had to clean the toilet seat before I used it, due to visible grime.

I just moved here from Phoenix as my last 2 years have totally uprooted my life with grief, grief and more grief. So here I am in Ohio starting a new life and a grand baby on the way (#7) and near my children now. I only trust the best with my vehicle that's why I turn to Firestone for all my Chevy needs. Very happy. Only issue...I had a rattle that I was told was fixed but it wasn't. The customer service person was friendly and very helpful. I feel the prices are fair.
