I stopped here to get some gas and a snack. The male service worker decided it would be a good idea instead of servicing me on the inside to walk around outside collecting trash and locking up the different areas that held window washer fluid while I stood on the inside. Typically, I would not have been bothered by someone doing their job, except for he walked in, saw me there, and then continued back outside to go and do the work, But he never asked me if I was finished or if I needed help. While he was continuing on to do his work, he decided that it would be a good idea to hold a conversation with the gentleman who pulled up in a sports car. I hope management sees this notification and does something about the terrible service provided by this individual we choose where we shop and this won’t be the place.

The staff are very rude and unprofessional to their customers. They don’t keep the place clean and organized which should be expected if you want to keep your customers happy. This is not a safe environment for anyone if they are going to continue to harass others on a daily basis. I tried to talk to the manager in a polite manner, but he just doesn’t seem to care. Someone could press charges for harassment any day.

Really started sliding downhill after they let me and the GOOD staff leave in 2018. The thing behind the counter couldn't break a $50 for $35 worth of gas, at least their window washer fluid is free

This place here is absolutely rude and I will not tolerate being disrespected. I called to get the names of the owner or manager and the lady that is there right now refuses to give the information. I will be in touch with there upper management and if they owner is doing thier job and reading these comments, reach out to myself.

Used to be my go to gas station because the employees were amazing. Stopped going to this location until today and not surprisingly it was a mistake. Sign says open until 9pm, yet at 8:40pm the doors are locked. The lights are on and someone is in there but not even a "hey we're closed early" nothing. I know it doesn't mean much but I won't be going back again.

While the hours aren't accurate on Google, the posted signs in the store are accurate and I always have good service here

Male gas station tentant was nonchalant racist and rude didn't great me but greeted the women before me inso I spoke I brought three pop didn't offer me a bag. I had to ask co-worker stated he always does that to her as well. Need to be fired because he isn't a people person and that means all people.

Got gas today, the pump turned off and told me to see the cashier right after I started. Went in and waited while she helped a customer. She told me that the pump was ready to be used. I told her it said to see cashier and she repeats it was ready to use, extremely rude, not helpful at all. I had to start all over and lost my .30 cent off per gallon on the rest of the gas. I'll be limiting my trips to Giant Eagle and Get Go.
