Ordered a drill online. So I could just go pick it up. Went in and was told I had to wait the 2 hours for them to get it for me. Just could have been better customer service and git the drill. I go to lowes also. They don't do this when order online.

Home Depot is a great place to shop for your materials and your needs. My only complaint here is the fact it seems to be understaffed or something because I can't never seem to find help and when I do find someone that works there they say that is not my area ?.

Extremely negative experience with appliance delivery. No accountability on the part of the store or delivery company. I was informed I could not even make a complaint. Had to cancel order and order from another store.

I'm so impressed with this stores customers service, an extra thanks to Dave the Pro dept. manager. We live in Richmond hts and this particular project has had us at 3 Home depot stores,looking to stop at 2 more. Long drive, but this store was well worth the drive, project back on schedule.

Overall great experience and excellent staff. Store was run efficiently and clean. However, Larry must have had a rough morning because he was the only person that decidedly was down right obstinate and rude not only to us but also his coworker who was just trying to show him how to do something on the computer. Hope he has a better day tomorrow.

Your typical Home Dept. Have had excellent experiences here though lately it feels harder to find someone to help. In the past I ran into plenty of knowledgeable staff on specific departments. From electrical to other projects.
