I go here all the time for a million home & work reasons. They are always helpful efficient and kind. Today specifically at the return desk with Stephen and Elizabeth. Thanks again guys!All of us are living extra stressed these days, so it's nice to run into calm customer service with a can-do attitude.

I don't think there was a single person in that store that cares about there job. Is corporate of Home Depot monitoring the customer service at there stores? It's obvious that they don't. Plus the quality of the selection of lumber is awful. I would love to go to a store with high quality lumber selection and a smile on the persons face. I do not feel good about myself or the purchase when I walk out of that store. Is there any chance you can bring back the good service that use to be around a long time ago. Go visit Chic-fil-A and see what customer service is suppose to be like

Horrible service!!!! I was told our appliance would be delivered on May 21, then on May 19, just two days before, they sent another email stating August 8th, would be the new date, this was because the main item was on backorder. It turns out that information was incorrect it was the secondary item that was on backorder and if I removed it the appliance could be delivered on May 28. So... I called and canceled the secondary item then they change the delivery date again and say it will not make it until June 4th... really Home Depot, REALLY!!! I make a purchase on May 7th you cannot deliver until May 21, then May 28th and now June 4th. How can I trust you? Will you change again and how long is reasonable to keep holding up my kitchen remodel for this cook top. I am beyond disappointed in your company. How UNprofessional of you!!!!! Run to Lowes friends... it couldn't possibly be this bad!

I just wanted to say thank you to the manager and customer service clerk working this evening. Their customer service was exceptional. Often people complain about bad service but never say thank you. These two individuals were awesome. Thanks for helping me with the return with the lawn mower!!

This Home Depot is fine, the layout is not what I would consider intuitive and narrow aisles feel cramped. This makes it very difficult to find what I'm looking for. The employees are quite friendly which is great considering you'll likely need help finding what you are looking for. Overall, I would avoid this Home Depot unless they are the only place to carry the brand that you are looking for and like any box store their prices are high even in comparison to their own online store.

I always have a good time at the HD (good Coke Zero) but why do you guys only copy keys? I have a few swords I'd like to make a few backup copies of in case someone steals them. I threw a bit of a tirade last week at my Highlander Subreddit meetup and kicked a lot of people out of my life for reasons I won't get into here. Most of them have copies of keys to my house. I'm worried they're gonna sneak in and steal my swords when I'm not home. I put a lot of time and effort into the blade. Friendships not so much lol.

I had bought a ridgid reciprocating saw and circular saw individually and suddenly a 5pc combo kit was the same price as I had spent on those two items. That's the same price but with a impact driver, a flashlight AND a hammer drill. I brought the items (one purchased a week ago unused and one two weeks ago very gently used) with receipts and explained my situation expecting a understanding employee to help exchange or credit items. The assistant manager, Josh made up an arbitrary return policy when he told me "I usually only give things a week". He told me there was nothing he could do in a very unconcerned tone. I left and drove to the next Home Depot where the exchange went flawlessly with a smile. Josh wasted my time and lied to my face. No wonder that Home Depot is always so slow. Thanks for nothing!

Brought my Bernese Mtn Dog Pup in to pick out his 9 month birthday present. After going back and forth he decided a long handle duster and couldn't be more happy. Thanks for allowing him to enjoy his special day and showing your commitment to well behaved dogs!!

ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT BUY FLOORING HERE! They sent a couple of guys who were obviously doing meth to install the flooring and when I called about they told me it was impossible because of drug tests. One installer was later found dead, luckily not at my house. I financed the $6000 though Home Depot, and once it was paid off, they continued to take money out of my account to the tune of $1200. It took me months to get the money back. Now here I am 2 years later the floor is curling up and splitting apart. My kids have both cut their feet on it. They are offering to replace it using the same installation company. The assistant manager is unbelievably condescending and arduous. They refuse to refund my money or use a different installer. This is madness. I'm looking at a potential lawsuit.

I had a good experience at this Home Depot! I went in looking to buy some house plants for my apartment. Although the selection isn't as big as other stores, it had everything I needed. A sales associate was very helpful in helping me choose the right plants, and pointed me in a good direction. The plants were priced well, but the pots were a bit over priced, so I'm opting to shop for those at target or TJ Maxx. They also had a beautiful selection of succulents, I wanted to buy all of them! At the check out center, there were batteries and Mr. Clean magic erase cleaners, two items I've kept forgetting to buy at the grocery store, so I was happy to grab them before checking out!

This place has awful customer service. I went into the store and bought a large grill. They said they would assemble it and deliver my product and their sub-contractors would call me before they got to my home. No call ever came and the grill was delivered in a big box and put in my garage. I called and Home Depot Rocky River had to send 2 more guys out to get it off of my garage floor and back to the store. They said they could assemble it and bring it back in a week. No thanks guys! They are sending me my refund in the mail in about 2 weeks. They wouldn't even give me my money back right away! What kind of business is this anyway? What a mess! Wonder where my check will end up. Hopefully in my mailbox...but I have my doubts.

Never going there again. Bought a washer and dryer for $1,500. The delivery company refused delivery because it was a tight fit in my laundry room. They wrote down false measurements to justify not delivering them. The same size washer and dryer are already in my laundry room. But Home Depot just blew me off and said I was wrong. I measured everything with a yard stick and tape measure. They basically called me a liar!!! I just got my money back and bought the same set from Best Buy in Avon for cheaper. If I could give a zero for customer service, I would. Worst experience and waste of time in a long time.
