Terribile experience. The lady name Besty was very rude and un professional. Not a honest and truthful person/bank. Would not recommend banking at any keybank let alone, the one in Rocky river, ohio. On detriot rd.

As a member of KeyBank for almost 2 decades I can't say enough good things about Key! Everyone that I have encountered and met through this company has treated and taken care of me and made me feel like a person and a member of the family and not just another number! Everything from IRA's to new credit cards to basic transactions they have always made me feel welcome and have served me with the highest degree of professionalism and customer service! From the branch managers, to the personal bankers all the way down to the tellers I have had nothing but great experiences with every single employee at KeyBank! I have recently started going to this branch and even though I haven't had the privilege of meeting everyone here at this branch yet I have already met 3 wonderful people and employees! Alicia, Judy and Gloria are truly awesome people and have already made me feel welcome and I can't say enough good things about them!

The bank itself is great, the only issue I have ever had is how they outsource their customer service. It is outsourced to the Philippines, not only is it very hard to communicate with the people who take the calls, I do not feel comfortable giving out social security number to someone who makes below a dollar an hour. I am sure they are not fans of Americans, you can tell by how hostel they are on the phone with you. DO NOT CALL THE 800 NUMBER IT IS OUTSOURCED TO THE PHILIPPINES. Key Bank should consider employing locally. Americans need jobs as well!

Worst bank I have ever been to in my LIFE and I have been with many different banks! I have had payments on other vehicles in the past and no matter what bank I am with have always been able to skip a payment for the holidays. (Which why wouldn't I be able to it only makes me pay more in the long run anyways so why not let me?) They do offer this just not for me.. which is of no help to me, even though I was told it was possible 3 times before speaking with a manager who was supposed to set it up and instead told me no. PLEASE PLEASE anyone who is looking for a bank PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE! Beyond all of that their customer services is TERRIBLE very rude, in a hurry to get off the phone and clearly also misinformed. Can't wait to pay this car off and NEVER BANK WITH KEYBANK AGAIN!!!

I seriously do not understand how yall can not gove your customers a 24 hour grace period if they overdraft their account like First Niagara did you nought out First Niagara and you shoukd have the decenty to keep the same rules for your customers not change the s*** on them..PATHETIC!!Also if it was $5 or less overdrafted you didnt get hit with that damn fee at all either but ingurantee sine you smacknit right on your customers with not even an hour after they overdraft thei
