I love my bank, especially the tellers. They take their time to get to know you and greet you by your name making you feel like their happy you came in. Their fast which is very important of course who wants to stay longer then they want in a bank.

As a client of KeyBank for nearly 2 decades I have had nothing but great experiences with Key! From IRA's, new credit card, to simple transactions they have done it all for me with the highest degree of professionalism and friendliness! I have recently started going to this branch for the past summer and I can't say enough good things about the quality of customer service at this branch! Mary Wilson, Lauren Knight and Michelle make such a great team and are truly awesome people!

The bank itself is great, the only issue I have ever had is how they outsource their customer service. It is outsourced to the Philippines, not only is it very hard to communicate with the people who take the calls, I do not feel comfortable giving out social security number to someone who makes below a dollar an hour. I am sure they are not fans of Americans, you can tell by how hostel they are on the phone with you. DO NOT CALL THE 800 NUMBER IT IS OUTSOURCED TO THE PHILIPPINES. Key Bank should consider employing locally. Americans need jobs as well!

This bank is awful. I don't bank with them by choice, they purchased my loan from First Niagra Bank and since then have made it a living hell to service my account. It's been years and I just finally coerced my own account number out of them. Despite auto charging nearly 400 a month they would not provide me with the information. Not to mention their Call center is inexperienced. Contradicting themselves multiple times withing a ten minute conversation. I can promise you one thing: Bank with Key and you'll want to rip your hair out.

Absolutely the worst you could be treated by a bank. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. I will not stop reporting this either. I don't even use them because of the horror stories I've heard years back but they strike again! Hammered a coworker/buddy for a mistake almost $200 and then say they can't help! I am going to bring this to everyone's attention I can and ensure it is a top story on local and nation wide news before I let it rest. He did nothing wrong and is being treated horribly by this horrific joke of a bank!

Awful bank would give it zero but that's not an option. Opened account 2 years ago was supposed to get $100 for opening checking account never got it. They refunded a overdraft fee to only put out back the next day as a recurring fee they did that the same day account was funded. So long thiefs.
