This has been my go-to store since I moved to the area eight years ago, but over the past year or so, I have grown increasingly dissatisfied with the product availability, cleanliness, and reliability of this store. We now frequently have to return products as soon as we get home and notice months-old use by dates. I don’t normally think of raisins as a package I need to check the date on before purchasing, but I recently opened a package that smelled like a winery. How long would they have to sit there to ferment? There are more and more expired products on the shelves well past the use by date, rotten produce sitting in the bins, and even spills and messes in the store that go untouched for too long. I once reached for a pack of applesauce cups and found one had exploded all over several other packages and the shelves. It was neatly tucked in with all the others. A staffer must have straightened the shelf with the damaged package on it, and left the sticky, spilled product there. It’s incredibly negligent, not to mention disgusting. Very disappointing, since it is the closest to my home and has a swell closeouts section. But we’ll have to go to another store from now on.

No sign for return policy for the outdoor plants at the outside of the store and check out! The manager is rude. Never shop at this store
anymore!

Everytime I come to this store I stand and wait 20 minutes at minimum at the deli. There are only two good workers that I have seen...the manager and the woman with blonde hair. The rest move with zero sense of urgency or don't work as a team and make one person do everything while the other stands with their back to the counter pretending not to see the line piling up.

I currently work here and I don’t like it here. Too Many Expired product here.I don’t even know why we still open. they don’t have no cashiers at all .One time I was up there I was the only person up there ringing people out nobody else. It was a line down the aisle. they treat people bad in here don’t work here, please

I like the layout and selection of this location, but sometimes the wait to check out takes longer than the time it takes to grab my items from the shelves. Self checkouts would be a dream come true.

This is the worst store I have Ever come To the store has expired products on the shelf They have low Cashiers the Cashiers were very rude didn’t even engage in a conversation The employees don’t look happy that much The employees was engaging with other employees Which was very unacceptable This store has inspired dairy products that’s unacceptable

Managers are really Rude, employees are really rude as well, has inspires product that should be pulled off the shell.Employees are Loud, when you first walked in.managers and supervisors tell you which line to go in. A lot of stealing happening in the store.They really need a security guard this store needs help.

Beyond expired products on the shelf, bakery is mostly hit or miss with dates and packaged deli meat looks inedible. Not sure why I keep giving it a chance, will try another Marcs.

The warp sandwiches/prepared food are not on the self over the past month. No chicken chipotle, itialian and turkey. I shop at three marcs stores. Im currently eating prepared sandwiches from Heinen's.

I don't know why I come back. Because the Cashiers at this store, for the most part, are very rude. Yet again today a rude one....Malvina L. Was my cashier and as I was putting the receipt and money in my wallet, and my wallet in my purse. She kept pushing my bags down because she had started ringing up the next person. It's not like they were super busy and there was a long line. It was 1 person who was actually engaged in a conversation with another worker. So she was not concerned at all that she would have to wait thirty seconds from me to put my money and wallet away!
When I said something to Malvina. She rudley responded with "well. I have other customers" and like. I said there was one person in line who was talking to somebody else.

I love supporting Marc's because they sponsor The Fest every year, a Christian music festival, and offer affordable healthy foods there! My visit on Wednesday was extra special because Tim in produce was so friendly and kind to me, and kept everything nice and organized and stocked, and as I was shopping he smiled and made friendly conversation and thanked me for shopping at Marc's. When I was leaving he was sure to tell me to have a nice day and it made me feel significant and special how he treated me. As a business owner, I would hire Tim to represent my company, and I hope he is recognized for his dedication, hard work, and loyalty to the company and providing extra special service and customer experience. Thank you for making my day, Tim!

Beware of this store. They have expired products on shelves. I went to get rolled salami sticks and they weren't in the cooler. They were on top of the cooler getting slimy along with some other products. Why would u put perishable items on top of a cooler where its warm?.i used to like this store but i am afraid to buy food here.

This was the worst Marc’s location I have ever been too the older man at the deli was very rude and disrespectful he should probably watch who he is talking too and all the works seem like they hate their lives I am 100% never coming back to this location
