“Every aspect of the store is 10/10. The store is always clean, and the customer service is really nice. Mr. Sam, the clerk, always has a smile on his face and is always patient with the customers. Being in west Cleveland, sometimes you get some weird people coming in. Once you have been in the store a couple of times, he will remember your name and have a friendly conversation with you. Butcher Momin is very knowledgeable and professional. He has been a butcher for almost 20 years. His machinery is very clean, and all his meat is stamped and certified halal. They have a whole variety of inventory, from fresh produce to foreign snacks from all over the world. The store has been owned and operated by the same family for over 20 years. It is worth checking out.”

“I'm a Closeout Employee/specialist at this Marc’s location. I enjoy the people who I work with and some of the nicest customers although I've came across some rude customers as well. Just to name a few including the Moms that don't take control of their own kids in the store. Working with Marc’s Westlake always has its ups and downs. But I especially like getting a few closeout items to take home on my breaks. I love the location and I love being apart of the Marc’s family.”

“Robert was amazing! Greeted me right when I walked in and was so helpful and sweet! I definitely recommend him.
I don’t know who his boss/manager was. She wore glasses. But was rude, short and snippy with him. It was sad to see, because he was such a sweetheart. Shame on her, I didn’t see her name tag unfortunately. Otherwise a great experience with Robert :)”
