“I purchased 20 of the maple bourbon beef skewers at the west side market the other day with my family. I just had to leave a review and say not only was the staff friendly and helpful, but the skewers were probably one of the best meals I've had in my life. I made a quick chimichurri, some cooked peppers and onions and some rice to serve along side them. Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back.”
“Go back into time and enjoy authentic Ukrainian smoked meats and prepared foods. Their specialty is smoked kielbasa and hot pepper smokies that are out of this world. We got those plus some stuffed cabbages, pierogies and potatoes salad. A must stop!!”
“I grew up near this Market as a kid, and now as an adult I work nearby and it's a great spot for fresh meat, be it deli or butchered. I recently ordered a rolled pork loin, yes I know I can filet it myself, but with my schedule it's easier to have a butcher do it. It came perfectly prepped and vacuumed sealed for freshness. They went above and beyond and I will definitely recommend!”

When there is an issue which RARELY ever happens. They are very quick to fix it and make everything right. The ladies on the phone are amazing! “Every aspect of the store is 10/10. The store is always clean, and the customer service is really nice. Mr. Sam, the clerk, always has a smile on his face and is always patient with the customers. Being in west Cleveland, sometimes you get some weird people coming in. Once you have been in the store a couple of times, he will remember your name and have a friendly conversation with you. Butcher Momin is very knowledgeable and professional. He has been a butcher for almost 20 years. His machinery is very clean, and all his meat is stamped and certified halal. They have a whole variety of inventory, from fresh produce to foreign snacks from all over the world. The store has been owned and operated by the same family for over 20 years. It is worth checking out.”
“Very tasty Jerky and the candles Smell awesome. I actually had an issue where I was rang up incorrectly and then charged the right way but I didn't see the money come back in my account for the refund.I was concerned and emailed the company thinking maybe they would get back to me. The company got back to me that day and made sure I got my refund. I appreciate the response. I know mistakes happen and I don't hold them responsible for that. I'll definitely return for more jerky. Thanks for the awesome customer service and delicious jerky!”

“This store in North Olmstead is my go-to spot for fresh goat and chicken. They also carry incredibly fresh mint and cilantro, which I often grab when buying meat.
One of the highlights is their curry chicken, cut somewhat similar but not close to what we get in India, and conveniently pre-packed on the shelf. For larger orders, they offer custom cuts, which is a great touch. The goat is also pre-cut and packaged, but if you’re after a specific part like shoulder meat, they accommodate requests provided you take the whole shoulder or a minimum of 4 pounds.
We get custom-cut meat in an Asian style, which is rare in the west side of Cleveland. Overall, a fantastic place for quality meats and fresh herbs.”
“I'm a Closeout Employee/specialist at this Marc’s location. I enjoy the people who I work with and some of the nicest customers although I've came across some rude customers as well. Just to name a few including the Moms that don't take control of their own kids in the store. Working with Marc’s Westlake always has its ups and downs. But I especially like getting a few closeout items to take home on my breaks. I love the location and I love being apart of the Marc’s family.”

“Robert was amazing! Greeted me right when I walked in and was so helpful and sweet! I definitely recommend him.
I don’t know who his boss/manager was. She wore glasses. But was rude, short and snippy with him. It was sad to see, because he was such a sweetheart. Shame on her, I didn’t see her name tag unfortunately. Otherwise a great experience with Robert :)”
