“First for everything. Never been in E&H. Just came here from SC visiting family and I had such an amazing experience here with Kara and Dzmetri. Outstanding customer service from these 2 employees and I mean outstanding service. Well mannered and simply delivered! I spent a while in this store and noticed the two of them working hard with answering customers concerns while handling multiple customers. Both will multitask and go from one end of the store to the other. I will be definitely let my family know here to shop at this store and I thank the 2 of you for showing how dedicated you are to your store. We need this in South Carolina! Fast and efficient service right here.”

“I'm a professional painter who's been around for a long time and this is the hands down the best location with all the best employees Riley the rep knows his stuff and keeps his store in the best shape of any other location of Sherwin-Williams in Cleveland. The other managers and staff at this location are always super professional and seem to be trained to be top tier Sherwin employees better than I've seen in years at other locations. When I'm doing jobs on the west side I typically try to make this my stop because I know if I choose this location it will be done right and my money will be made.”

“I just had to share the amazing service I received from Ray and Kevin at E&H Ace Hardware in Westlake, Ohio. These guys are absolute lifesavers!
I brought in my EGO electric power mower for repair, and Ray and Kevin were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the get-go. They wasted no time in assessing the issue and explaining what needed to be done.
What really blew me away was how quickly they got the job done. I dropped off my mower in the morning, and by the end of the day, it was fixed and ready to go! Plus, they made sure to handle everything under my warranty, which saved me a ton of hassle.
Throughout the whole process, Ray and Kevin were friendly, professional, and just genuinely great to work with. I left the store feeling like I was in good hands, and my mower has been running like a dream ever since.

“LOVE this location -- It is so conveniently located and the staff are all very friendly.Had to give a special shout-out to Brendan (Store manager at this location) who literally SAVED MY LIFE three times in the first week that the store location was open. He is super knowledgeable and walked me through what I needed for concrete scraping and painting; getting paint out of my car seats (!!!!!); and doing some ceiling work. He was happy to help, clear, concise and gave me fantastic products / tips to use. He REALLY knows his stuff!!!!”

He is the sales rep, and he was always a call away if I needed anything quotes for projects, questions about the best way to go etc. He would always get back to me asap came out to a few of my job sites personally some was way out his way just to help me and get me set up by far amazing.”
