“First for everything. Never been in E&H. Just came here from SC visiting family and I had such an amazing experience here with Kara and Dzmetri. Outstanding customer service from these 2 employees and I mean outstanding service. Well mannered and simply delivered! I spent a while in this store and noticed the two of them working hard with answering customers concerns while handling multiple customers. Both will multitask and go from one end of the store to the other. I will be definitely let my family know here to shop at this store and I thank the 2 of you for showing how dedicated you are to your store. We need this in South Carolina! Fast and efficient service right here.”

“Needed a capacitor for my AC at my house and this is the only place I found it. I spokento a gentleman on the phone to confirm they had it in stock. He was super nice and helpful. Drove 30 minutes and picked it up. Bought a few other things and since I spent over $40, they gave me a free citronella candle. Super nice place and everyone was beyond friendly. “I went in there 02/13/26 around 2 PM (I’d like to give that exact information just because I don’t recall the name of the gentleman that assisted me) I had never been to Sherwin-Williams before, and I was trying to get a color match for an item that I have been trying to match myself for days but I was getting nowhere. The color that they formulated for me is fantastic. It is spot on! I am so pleased and as someone that has never used Sherman William products before- the quality of the paint was unbelievable. I am beyond ecstatic with the customer service I received today as well as the product I purchased, thank you so much!”
