I do not recommend pro mobile detailing. I left my car with him for two full days. I came to pick it up at the agreed upon time but the car had not been touched and Dillon and his workers were no where to be found. The owner of the building happened to be next door. He said the guys strangely did not show up that day. He went in to their office for me to retrieve my keys. I've left multiple messages trying to figure out what happened. There has been no reply.

This clown had my car for almost 3 days and promised to have it finished. when I came to pick it up, there was no one to be found and my car had not been touched. I had to get tge owner of the building to get my keys so I could have my car back. I have tried every which way to contact this guy and there has been no response. I went to Madison Ave car wash and the completely detailed inside & out in less than 5 hours for half the price that mobile detailing quoted me. do NOT give this clown your business.

I contacted Dillon at Pro Mobil Detailing via their website about a service that they might offer for my car. Dillon responded by email to me asking me to text him so that he had my phone number to call me later that day to discuss. Dillon never called. I tried contacting him the day after and then again the next day after that but still no response. It's apparent that customer inquiries and potential business is not a priority to him. I'll be going else where with my money.

Honestly - best interior and exterior detailing I've had. And great price. Usually after a detail (with other companies), there's something missed but everything was pristine here. My car looks newer than when I bought it. 100% worth the price and then some. Only thing is that I wish I had known about these guys earlier & had left them a big tip! : )
