Second time here and second negative experience. Just left from their signature pedicure with dry dead skin still on the bottom of my feet. when I first got there, I specifically spoke with the nail tech and discussed that the bottoms of my feet and heels were my main concern. The lady next to me also noticed leftover dry, dead skin after her pedicure as well. The employees didn’t seem to pay much attention and we’re very distracted the whole time. Disappointed with the experience and felt like a waste of money.

Elsa and Laura are also very good technicians and super kind. Just got a gel pedicure and manicure today for my vacation and I love it. (08/06/25)

Called and asked about a walk in for a pedi. I was told I could come in. I was told 50$ for my pedi ,not given a menu, and said that was fine. When I went to pay it ended up being 80$. I’ve paid 80$ for a pedi before that’s not the problem. I didn’t appreciate being told that it was going to be one price and have it ended up being another. When I got home after a very rushed pedi that they clearly didn’t have time for, I looked at my nails and it was terrible. I can’t believe that I paid almost 100$ including tip for it. I emailed and then called and was blamed for the bad service. I was told that my nails were uneven because I trim them. I don’t touch my nails. I get pedicures every month. I stupidly made the mistake of trying to get in a little earlier and not go to my regular nail place. It seemed as though they didn’t want to take accountability for a shotty job and wanted to blame and gaslight me. Don’t say you can take someone if you don’t have the time. They told me I could come in and they could fix it, to which I was hesitant because they did a bad job to begin with. But as that was my only option I did. I got more blame placed on me, and I was uncomfortable. I met their aggressiveness with my own which I do not like doing. I have worked in the customer service industry my entire life. I just think that if the situation had been handled differently, if they took accountability and apologized and offered to fix it I wouldn’t be upset. Maybe you can take this review and learn from it.

Did walk in pedi. Elected the delux pedi for the massage and was not disappointed. Each step involved wonderful foot, ankle, and leg massage. Really relaxing. Massage chair was added plus! They didn't do the pumice exfoliation step- which i did miss. But it was otherwise excellent.
