Used to be my go-to thrift store, but quality has been steadily declining over 2 years and prices keep rising. At a certain point, the prices are hilarious. $20 for a pair of jeans, $20 for a dress shirt, I might as well just shop at a store when stuff goes on sale. Not to mention there used to be half off Mondays and now that has been replaced with a confusing tag situation. All that combined with the very obvious clothing resellers that shop the store on Mondays, well it's a deterrent. People in need who shop here are getting ripped off and not given an opportunity to get quality clothes for a fair price anymore. Really liked the place but it's keeps getting harder to recommend.

Wayyyyyy overpriced, how is this a thrift store? 22.99 for a pair of dirty shoes? Are yall for real ??. Guess I’m too cheap cause I like deals and will not be back to this place. Might as well go to Wal-Mart.

It’s a thrift store by name only. The prices are all retail for used goods they get for free. Go to a regular store and buy new things for the same price. Waste of time

Besides OCD resellers who stalk the store it’s my favorite thrift store in the Cleveland area.Let’s talk about the resellers tho!Every single time I come here, doesn’t matter the day of the week or time of the day, the same half a dozen guys are here. One always scanning books with his stupid ugly elbow scanner, the guy who waits for stuff to be brought out, the guy who mumbles and talks out loud like he’s on a reality show while he runs thru the store looking for something that was just put out. The guy who stands in the bagged toy section is the worst tho. Seems he has no life and spends all day there. If I worked here I would hate these people. I’ve been coming here years and these people come and go. They either realize they are wasting their time or they find a new store to stalk. It’s not a bad business idea but when you spend all day everyday waiting like a sitting duck it becomes a poor business plan.I’m probably preaching to the choir because this phenomenon is occurring at most thrift stores. It’s one thing to resell stuff, but it’s another to go in these stores for hours at a time every single day waiting like a hawk. Can’t you leave even 1% of the fun for other customers? No of course not, they’re egotistical and obsessed to the point they will do whatever it takes to find something to sell online and turn a profit.

It was a little pricey and there are things there that you priced that are more than what they are in the store buying brand new

Today is Monday which means everything's half off. It's a very busy day but it's worth it.

I personally do not shop here as I live out of town, however my niece does, she not only shops for the 4yo and 2yo but for herself and husband too . She has found many new items and very gently worn items. She sends me pics with the little ones in Ugg boots for $2 or LLBean jackets for $5. From costumes, clothes, toys, dishes and more. A true treasure hunt. You can even get Gift Cards! Happy Holidays!

I bought flameless candles for a dinner Im catering. When I went to install the batteries the connections were corroded. I couldn't check this out before because I couldnt open the battery compartment at the store. When I went to return them they said the policy is no returns. They shouldnt put items on the shelves that dont work or put a disclaimer on them "as is" so people know that something isnt right with the product. So, bottom line is they sold me total worthless crap... and made $15, while I'm now the proud owner of totally worthless crap and out $15. Shame on them....I wont be going there again, and you should be really careful what you buy there too.....

I love Savers! It's in a convenient spot to stop in weekly. I especially like the fact that if you donate you get a 20% off coupon--encouraging you to keep things in motion. Savers also makes it great to be old to take advantage of their senior discount. Thanks, Savers!!

I came here while visiting Cleveland. I found a lovely pair of pants but everything was sooooo expensive. They wanted $44 for a pair of pants. Granted they were banana republic and still had original tag but goodness someone gave them to you for FREE!!

Savers is a scary place on Mondays. First, Trinity is such a nice lady and does not deserve to be talked back to by other customers and especially not by other employees. Kristy, if you are reading this, please respect your other employees. I am a customer and had to watch as employees were getting into arguments, with each other, not just the customers. And to the manager of the store, none of the employees were on the same page. Some employees were trying to make two different lines, and other employees kept telling other customers to make one big line that went halfway down the store. Retrain your employees or just completely start over with new management.

I love thrifting and this store always has good stuff but unless you go on monday when stuff is 50% off which puts the prices where they should be for a THRIFT STORE. Prices at this store is so insanely high it’s not even fun to shop there anymore. The last time I was there I saw a pair of just plane cotton black leggings from h&m NWT so you can see the original price was $9.99 savers priced them at $11 ? it takes a truly insane person to price their FREE inventory higher than what the person who DONATED the item paid. I’ve also seen walmart and shein clothing priced way to high. I could go on for day. At the end of the day it’s disgusting what they price things at.

It’s like a Goodwill… but bigger. I didn’t wonder through the clothing too much as I believe there’s no dressing room. I spent a lot of time in toys—really large quantity. I like that they had “grab bags” of toys. Found my kiddo above set of micro cars/roads. I was really hoping to find craft supplies but didn’t find any. The labeling of the sections could be a lot better. The had a large seasonal section, lots of housewares, etc. I loved that there was a self checkout machine available. There’s also a public bathroom that was relatively clean, which is great if you’re a slow shopper like me. I was there on a Monday around 3 and the place was packed… parking was a bit nerve wracking and tight. Pretty cool thrift overall.
