“I bought an item from here and should have gotten a discount on it, but something went wrong and the discount was not applied at checkout. I never even noticed. I woke up the next day to an email, from a real human being, explaining that they had caught the error and already refunded me for the full purchase price of the item. What other company, grocery store or otherwise, is taking customer service this seriously in this day and age? I was so impressed. They carry so many great products, best quality produce and meats around, employees seem genuinely happy to be there and are always friendly and helpful... and then you've got awesome customer service like this too? Wow! How do I give you 10 stars? I never want to shop anywhere else ever again. Please never change!”

“My wife and I frequently shop the North Olmsted location, and we frequently have experienced excellent shopping conditions, culture, and positive interactions with staff members. Not to mention the products! Earlier today, I was shopping at Aldi in North Olmsted, and I experienced OUTSTANDING customer service. Above and beyond customer services, actually. I observed/experienced no less than 3 employees going above and beyond during my shopping experience. Thank you to them! Other shoppers were also experiencing and benefiting from the 3 employees professionalism and well above average customer service being exemplified. I was shopping around 10 am this morning 7/18. Whomever is in HR for Aldi, well done hiring such quality people. Whomever is in management at this location, Kudos! Many thanks to all.”

“Do 95% of my shopping here. They have all the basics and necessities. Occasionally they won't have my normal buys, but it's a rare occasion. Can't beat the prices at any other grocery store.”

“Love the CLEANLINESS of ALL Heinen's store you're absolutely paying for the amenities they offer, however, the offset for the prices are simply this you're paying for what you get, you get what you're paying for. They have what I believe HIGHERstandards than ANYother grocer I have shopped at. I believe they offer a shopping assistant when requested, car loading, groceries delivered to my house, from an employee not a company. It's a personal choice to me to keep my groceries to be picked by a local person thats paid from them to assist me. If indeed you want concierge services, and spectacular array of services it would be Heinen's! Hats off to you!!”

“Love this Aldi! Always super clean and organized. Shelves fully stocked. Went there at 5:00 on a Saturday. Was shocked to see it so quiet. Very enjoyable shopping experience. One question.... where did the Dakota brand garbanzo beans go???? There's none at any recent location I've been to. Those were my favorite to make salad with!”

“Vanessa at the register was outstanding. When she learned that I couldn’t find garlic stuffed olives at the end cap display, she rang me out with my main order then quickly ran over to the aisle where the other olives were and grabbed a jar for me. She then rang the jar up. No one was in line behind me. But, as I was bagging my groceries, Vanessa began ringing out a lady who mentioned that she couldn’t find a certain type of cheesecake. Well, wouldn’t you know it, but Vanessa ran over to the cheesecake area and confirmed that ALDI was sold out. Vanessa is a great ambassador for the ALDI brand, and I hope she gets recognized. Kudos to Vanessa!”

“I like the quality of products and the specific brands that this store has. There's a ton of fair trade/organic teas, supplements, and personal care products. They also carry Boar's Head products as well as pints of Mitchell's Ice Cream. They are open until 11PM, which is the latest of nearly any grocery store in the area.”

“Went here tonight for pupusas! It was a very cute restaurant, bright and happy. Our server was also friendly. The pupusas were really good! They were around $6 each, great value! Lots of filling. I highly recommend the birria ones. I was full after 2, but a guy or a very hungry person could definitely eat 3.”

“Good local food store in the middle of a food desert, that you wouldn't expect. I'm disabled so walking up north of Madison to family dollar is a pain, and I have a medical condition that prevents me from eating gluten. So my main grocery store is Aldis once a month, but when I need day to day items walking that far is strenuous and exhausting for me. I'm so grateful to have a local grocery store with cheap unexpired items. Even some household goods. It's like any five and dime or discount and dent store you'd find in the country, so I'm very grateful that this is here and whoever runs it seems aware of the needs of the community.”
