Not sure why the rating here is so low. Maybe I got lucky, but I was in and out of there quickly. The woman that helped me (Stephanie) was very nice and helpful. This isn't even the closest post office to me but I'll probably be going here when I need to.

Pure garbage! You cant reach a real person to express a complaint. I was on hold for 39 minutes and then disconnected. I would have given a minus 100 if I could have.

Had to send packages through this post office for a week. Tracking hasn’t been updated on any of them and my customers aren’t receiving their packages on time. Now I’m having to give out refunds and resend packages. I’ve never had such issues before and certainly wouldn’t go to this post office again.
Update: packages were returned to sender due to insufficient postage which is absolutely ridiculous. I know for a fact that they weren’t overweight. Maybe one or two were but certainly not all of them. At the post office I usually go to it’s always been sufficient. Not to mention they should have easily been able to charge me the extra automatically with no need to return to sender.

I recently went to this location and did not have a great experience. The person who served me was extremely short and rude from the start. I went to return a package and didn't have it pre-packed. I'm not sure if that is common knowledge, but I grabbed a box and thought they could tape it up for me. Apparently that's not a thing. I was told I could have went to the back of store, purchased tape, packed it up and then waited in line again. So I was unable to make the return after waiting 10-15 minutes. In reality, it's fine. I guess I'm just confused on why that's the case and what their job is.

On 12/21/23 I went to the Rocky River Post Office to buy two books of Christmas Stamps. I was served by a woman Clerk 05 at 1:12 pm. My transaction was $26.40. I tried to pay the clerk with 2 - $20 bills. She told me very curtly" We don't take cash, I don't have change." I think this is UNACCEPTABLE! I was not trying to get change for a $50 bill.Next the Clerk 05 said to me, "you have to pay by credit card". I gave her my card and she said, "you have to sign the card". I quickly signed the card and she said "Your signature has to be neat" even though I had my ID with me.It is my right to sign my card as neatly or not as I want especially when I have an ID. Secondly, I think the Post Office should be able to make change for a $20 bill.I could have chosen to send my card by email, but instead I tried to support the Post Office by purchasing stamps.I told this to the manager of the Post Office and to be honest, I don't think she cared either.VERY DISAPPOINTED with my visit to Rocky River Post Office and particularly with CLERK 05!

If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve been there a couple of times and it was OK but I had the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had the last time I’ll step foot in that place. I was trying to mail two packages and the USPS employee was argumentative and aggressive from the start. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I was mailing a book and she asked if it had advertising in it. She said if they opened up my package and it contained advertising they wouldn’t mail it. She asked if I had more than one letter with the book. If it did I couldn’t send it. It was the most ridiculous exchange over mailing a book.The other package was a drone that had a battery and she refused to mail it. I ended up taking to UPS.Due to this one employee I’ll avoid this location like the plague.
