I recently went to this location and did not have a great experience. The person who served me was extremely short and rude from the start. I went to return a package and didn't have it pre-packed. I'm not sure if that is common knowledge, but I grabbed a box and thought they could tape it up for me. Apparently that's not a thing. I was told I could have went to the back of store, purchased tape, packed it up and then waited in line again. So I was unable to make the return after waiting 10-15 minutes. In reality, it's fine. I guess I'm just confused on why that's the case and what their job is.

On 12/21/23 I went to the Rocky River Post Office to buy two books of Christmas Stamps. I was served by a woman Clerk 05 at 1:12 pm. My transaction was $26.40. I tried to pay the clerk with 2 - $20 bills. She told me very curtly" We don't take cash, I don't have change." I think this is UNACCEPTABLE! I was not trying to get change for a $50 bill.Next the Clerk 05 said to me, "you have to pay by credit card". I gave her my card and she said, "you have to sign the card". I quickly signed the card and she said "Your signature has to be neat" even though I had my ID with me.It is my right to sign my card as neatly or not as I want especially when I have an ID. Secondly, I think the Post Office should be able to make change for a $20 bill.I could have chosen to send my card by email, but instead I tried to support the Post Office by purchasing stamps.I told this to the manager of the Post Office and to be honest, I don't think she cared either.VERY DISAPPOINTED with my visit to Rocky River Post Office and particularly with CLERK 05!

If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve been there a couple of times and it was OK but I had the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had the last time I’ll step foot in that place. I was trying to mail two packages and the USPS employee was argumentative and aggressive from the start. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I was mailing a book and she asked if it had advertising in it. She said if they opened up my package and it contained advertising they wouldn’t mail it. She asked if I had more than one letter with the book. If it did I couldn’t send it. It was the most ridiculous exchange over mailing a book.The other package was a drone that had a battery and she refused to mail it. I ended up taking to UPS.Due to this one employee I’ll avoid this location like the plague.

After being subjected to the abuse dished out by the Lakewood Post Office counter customer service people, I decided to go here. Oh My God, these people are so damn nice! They even have snacks for customers!!!

Wow I dread going to the post office because workers are normally rude and unpleasant but these ladies here were so nice and helpful and didn’t make me feel like I was a bother. Sondra was so helpful with my passport. Thank you to this team for being pleasant and kind.

Friendly, detailed oriented staff. Luke, you might say, why would you take the time to write a Google review for a post office? My answer, is that I’m just a satisfied customer.

I highly recommend going to the West Park Post Office. The staff is FAR friendlier, will let you use their roll of tape happily and treat you much more respectfully than the RR Location. In addition, they’re wildly understaffed and rude about it.

Would give this location 0 stars if I could. The employees are so incredibly rude and unhelpful. Would much rather pay a little extra and go to UPS or really anywhere else.

I only put 1 star because I couldn't put ZERO.Everything about this location is all ZEROS. I live about a 2 min drive from this location and will drive to the others in the area which are all more than 10 mins away.I could deal with the staff until one not only argued with me hut refused to help me due to her incompetence.AWFUL

i use this post office to send out orders i receive through my etsy shop. a week+ goes by and the mail doesn't move, then my customers come to me angry and upset, demanding refunds, which hurts my business.. i will not be using this post office anymore, as it's too unreliable. i understand the usps is experiencing slow downs and the holiday season has begun, but 8+ days and the mail hasn't moved?? that's asinine.

Do Not Go Here! The wait to get anything done is absurdly long, even by lethargic USPS standards. I love and support my U.S. postal service workers, but I also love not wasting 30-45 minutes of my time waiting in line.
