This has to be the nicest Circle K in Portage County. Christina is so kind and deserves a raise. She helped me as I forgot my wallet back home over 20 miles away and I was getting off work from a super-hot manufacturing facility. I do not plan to forget my wallet again but as long as I am working in Alliance, these guys now have a loyal customer.

Customer service is excellent and the issue was resolved by the manager the next day. The self checkout being the actual problem. I was over charged for the product I was buying. I just happened to have the time to go back and check then have the cashier double check. Also you can no longer just set down a coffee refill. You have to get an empty cup for it to ring. If you don't know this, it ends up you need a cashier to fix it and defeats the purpose of self checkout. Seems like an important corporate issue to be solved. Im sure the majority of customers don't have the time to make sure each product they set down is being priced right.

Approximately a month ago, I purchased several pints of ice cream from this store. When I arrived home, I discovered the ice cream was spoiled. I’ve been a long time customer of this location, so I spoke to 4 different employees about the matter. Each of them claimed they would give my contact information to the manager of the store. I did not receive a phone call or any other correspondence from this store manager. I visited the store again today and the clerk on duty was dismissive and rude. I know that a purchase of a spoiled food item is a petty situation to address from an administration point of view, but the manager should address my concerns.

The older women working at this location is ALWAYS rude! If you've been there, you know who I'm talking about. If you have one or two items she refuses to check you out, she makes you self check out. So I started adding a $1 lottery ticket from the machine so she has to check me out instead of her just standing infront of me watching me. This store is always dirty and bathrooms are gross. They need a few surprise visits from corporate or the district manager and get that worthless lady out of there!

I went to this location on 5/10/24 @6pm. I was standing in line with 1 person in front of me and the cashier looked at me (while she was still attending to the person in front of me) asking me “is that all you’re getting”? I stated “no” and she then asked “what do you want?”…no greeting, very rude customer service (acted like I was impeding on her time). This is the 2nd rude experience at this location from this older woman. The other experience was during this past winter. I pull in and she is out front smoking. I get out to go in and upon approaching the door, she states “I guess I’m never going to get to smoke”. As I go in, she follows behind and states to me “be careful, there’s water everywhere and I haven’t had time to mop it up”. The floor looks like Lake Erie and is flooded, but you were just outside smoking…where are the priorities here? I guess customer safety is at the bottom of their list and they’d rather get paid to stand out front smoking. Sorry not sorry; you’re being paid to do a job that you’re clearly inept to do and all the while not caring about customer safety or the perception of the paying customers which ultimately pay your wage. I have zero empathy for your childish rants and you needing to do your JOB. I also will never return to this location as the blatantly rude customer service tells me that they’d rather not have my business.

Stop by this location tonight to buy water at 10:15pm - the front counter associate was absolutely amazing. Told me about the two for $8 special and even offered to take it to my car. I was super impressed- you just don't see that type of customer service these days! ?

Stopped in to grab some Lawson’s chip dip (nuff said) and the cashier refused to ring me out. Said I “had” to use the self-serve register since I only had one item LOL. Yeah, you read that right. Guess she would rather stand and watch than actually do something. I gave her the chip dip back but it probably spoiled before she put it back so beware. Will never stop at this location again.

I frequently stop in here on my way in to work. Love the coffee and most recently have become addicted to the cookies they secretly bake on the side. Sometimes things are out of order, but I think this is reasonable considering they are open 24/7 every day, all year long. Yesterday there were several kids getting polar pops at 3am. I must add that Joe is definitely most helpful and friendly and makes the day start bearable. Thank you!

Gas advertising at $3.31On pump-$3.41.we were told “ nothing I can do about it. “ oh ok !She said both bathrooms were “not useable being fixed in the morning.” Where’s she going in an 8 hr shift??Go elsewhere!!!
