Waited forever in line. Saw a sock only display with a 50% off sign. Grabbed like 6 packs of 5$ socks. Get to the register only to see they came up as full price. Took the manager who was called over to the display. Didn’t honor the 50% ended up just leaving. Very misleading to have the large of a display when none of the packs actually qualify. Waste of time to be walked to the back of the store and be made to wait in line after the fact (already waited once) only one register is ever running.

Typically very nice staff, kept clean. Today tho: at 840pm (busy week) it was locked. The sign said closes at 10pm. All the lights were on and a truck in the parking lot. Waited @5 minutes and nothing.ed a few minutes

Store manager Alicia is God awful. Was rude and smart mouth my whole visit. Seen her talk and be short with other customers. But her back and forth with me was what lead to this review. "I'm not the 1" and "You look dirty" "I am the manager" was her response. So if u see this that's not a flex and if u hate yo job that much to be there QUIT. Ig they just let people insult customers become managers now I would definitely remove her from that position. Especially with Breathe like hers the nerve.

Google and sign on the door say open until 10. Store was locked at 8:50 but employee was inside and would not open

Doors locked an hour early before close. Worker inside on her phone says she can’t let anyone in. Ridiculous.

Love the Dollar Store on State Route 44 next to Giant Eagle. Manager is great and always helpful. Store is clean and well stocked. Staff is nice and never gets mad if you come in right before they close in a hurry.

I’m not exaggerating when I say that when I walked in tonight, the place looked like it had been raided. It looked post apocalyptic. Next to nothing on the shelves, trash and items all over the floor. Cashier was in her pajamas. It was an absolute mess.

The fire department should go in there and do an inspection...The isles are blocked with carts and boxes. The employee was smoking in the store. The warm milk was sitting in crates outside of the refrigerator section. I won't be back.
