Inconsistent information. They make excuses as to why prescriptions are not ready. I call to make sure a prescription will be ready by a certain day so I make sure I have enough to get through and of course it's not ready after being assured it would be. Rootstown needs a different pharmacy.

Just generally terrible service, took over a week to get a prescription filled. Now I'm standing at the counter waiting while tech ignors me

I appreciate the fact that the GE pharmacists keep track of my meds and alert me to contraindications before filling new prescriptions. The continuity in the pharmacy management assures me that my needs are met. (Thanks for your many years of service, Mike!)
