Elaine was wonderful! She helped me through the entire process. She took a lot of time with me and was very patient in helping me choose from many, many frames. I have never had bifocals before and she gave great advice and encouragement.

I've been coming here ever since I was in the second grade, I'm now a first-year nursing student, and to this day, 16 years later. The staff has always been incredibly polite, helpful, and efficient and there is no other place or branch of America's Best that I'd rather go to for my eye care needs. I'd like to give a particular shout-out to Lauren and Katie for being so incredibly kind and helpful and for helping me pick out a very stylish pair of Ray-Bans during my last visit. I appreciate you two and I hope you get a bonus or something for these reviews!

Everyone was friendly, professional, helpful and kind. From the moment we walked in,the exam,picking the right frames for my face to picking up the glasses. It was with helpful attention. They help you see what the best deal is for you. I appreciate the pleasant atmosphere among the staff also.

An exam & two pair of glasses. When glasses arrive & tried on, I could not see at all, the world was burry where life had been clear. Was told the script was wrong, the positioning of the lens were set wrong. Not what I was expecting clarity. The tech checked & rechecked. The lab reversed the script between eyes & positioning.

I had called this location and explained to them that I needed my lens prescription so that I could order safety glasses online, for work. I gave them my information so they could check. The store representative told me that they were only allowed to give me the information in person. After driving two hours to the location. I was refused my personal medical information.It took me an extra month to finally receive my safety glasses. In that month I had to use cheap over safety glasses. These are not only very uncomfortable, but offer way less eye protection.This store cares not for your eyes, there health, and safety.

I stopped into America's Best on Saturday December 2nd to get help with glasses I ordered on Zenni. My experience was more than what I could have asked for. Andi greeted me and took the time to listen to my concerns about my glasses. She worked on both frames and they felt amazing afterwards. I've had so much trouble finding anyone to listen enough to fix my glasses properly. I had a bad experience at an eye doctor in Fremont and was getting my glasses adjusted at Walmart, but Andi helped make them comfortable. Finally!! It's been a struggle. I got attitude at the other places but Andi took her time and she was super sweet. I will definitely be going back to America's Best in Rossford from now on!

I wont be returning to this place again. I scheduled an eye exam online. When I got there a few minutes early for my appt, the staff was super nice and friendly (They are the only reason for the 2 stars and if I could rate the staff 5 stars I would). When I got to see the doctor for my actual exam, he sat me in the chair and we talked a couple seconds. I could tell he was rushing to get done. I mentioned that I was diabetic and he got upset with me. Blamed me for not checking the box that I was diabetic. I said but I did. I even listed the medications that I was taking. (The whole reason for this visit was to check my eyes because of my diabetes) He pulled his computer up and said no see if you would have checked it, this on my screen would have been purple. I cant dilate your eyes as I dont have time, I have to leave at such and such time. Then looked at the paper print out and realized that I DID check the diabetes box and it was their mistake that I didn't show up as purple on his computer screen. So he said he would try to "squeeze" me in.So he dilated my eyes and sat me out in a waiting room for 5 mins. brought me in and checked my eyes saying everything was perfect.I took my current contacts with me so he had my prescription and for as long as I have been in glasses, I have had astigmatism in my right eye. He tells me both of my eyes are the same prescription and i no longer have astigmatism. I take his word for it and order contacts and just use up my insurance allowance on this contact prescription and think this is great that they both are the same now.Next day I put my new contacts in and things are FUZZY. my right eye is definitely off. I contact them and say something isn't off. I googled can astigmatism go away on its own and was not shocked to see it doesn't.So the Doctor not only got my prescription for my right eye wrong, I had to make a 2nd trip in and see the doctor. Thinking surely he would spend some time to correct his mistake. Nope he spoke to the staff and gave them another contact to have me try that is for astigmatism. During the fitting of that contact the DR came over. I thought he was going to apologize or what not but no, he came over to use the computer to log out and leave.This guy clearly doesn't care about his patients, and only concerned with getting off work. I get that you have hard outs that you have to leave for things. But then don't schedule yourself so busy and maybe slow down and take your time so you don't have customers having to come BACK IN and waste more of your time. So not only did I have to make arrangements for someone to pick up my kid the 2nd trip in, and spend the gas and my time going back in, I also had to order the contacts and pay for them out of my pocket because I used up my allowance buying what I was told was the contacts for both eyes. Now I have a bunch of left eye contacts and 1 box of right eye contacts.I also have zero faith and my diabetic doctor also has zero faith that my eye exam was done correctly that they have asked me to have another exam done by a different doctor.Again the staff was A+ nice and friendly and helpful. Dr couldn't have cared less that I was there, only cared about logging out and leaving.

Quick and thorough examination, great selection of sale frames, reasonable upgrade for sunglasses. I didn't feel pressured to buy higher priced items. I was promised the glasses in 2 weeks or less. I got them in 1 week! I was helped, for both visits, by the manager. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I will definitely come back for my next glasses!

Dr. A is awesome and knows his stuff, after struggling to see “right” he’s got me fixed up so my glasses work! The staff here is awesome and Beth has great advice for glasses that work and look great. Truly experienced and professional. Love the experience my family has when we go to this Americas Best!

Very friendly atmosphere from the time you walk in the door. Dr Russell was very professional and I felt that she listened to all my concerns. Clayton and Beth helped me get the best deal with my insurance. I will definitely be back for future appointments.

Eye Drs are great, the staff services not so much. Rude and lied to my wife about insurance after talking to them on the phone and after my own visit. Showed up for her appt and told her they don't take our insurance even though they are on the list as provider and processed it on my visit.Now I know why it's so easy to get in right away there.

Awesome experience, Clayton helped me find the perfect fit for me when I wasn't sure what I wanted. He was super friendly and profesional and knowledgeable. The place was clean and all staff was friendly. Definitely recommend!
